THE ACCA QUALIFICATION PROGRAMME

(FOR LOCAL STUDENTS)
The ACCA programme consists of two (2) levels, which are the Fundamental and Professional levels.
Applied Knowledge - Papers BT, MA & FA

Payable to SBCS Tuition ($1,600 x 3) - $ 4,800.00

Books & Study School ($500 x 3) - $ 1,500.00

Registration fee - $ 200.00

Total - $ 6,500.00

Applied Skills - Papers LW – FM

Payable to SBCS (LW) Tuition ($2,000) - $ 2,000.00

Books & Study School ($500) - $ 500.00

Registration fee - $ 200.00


Total $ 2,700.00

*Exam fee is currently being reviewed.

Payable to SBCS (PM - FM) Tuition ($2,000 x 5) - $ 10,000.00

Books & Study School ($500 x 5) - $ 2,500.00

Payable to ACCA (UK) Examination fee (£126 x 5) - $ 6,300.00

Total $ 18,800.00

Strategic Professional - Essentials - Papers: SBL & SBR

Payable to SBCS Tuition (SBL) ($2,700) - $ 2,700.00

Tuition (SBR) ($2,300) - $2,300.00

Books & Study School ($500 x 2) - $ 1,000.00


Payable to ACCA (UK) Examination fee - SBL (£229) - $ 2,290.00

Examination fee – SBR (£164) - $1,640.00

Total - $ 9,930.00

Strategic Professional - Choose 2 Options papers - Papers: AFM - AAA

Payable to SBCS Tuition ($2,200 x 2) - $ 4,400.00

Study School ($500 x 2) - $ 1,000.00

Payable to ACCA (UK) Examination fee (£164 x 2) - $ 3,280.00

Total - $ 8,680.00

Please note the following:

1. There is an administrative fee of $200.00 payable to SBCS GLI for registration at the start of each
semester.

Initial Registration Fees are payable to ACCA and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) in the sums of £45.00 and TT$247.50 respectively.

2. With respect to Subscription fees, ACCA has introduced a two tier system as follows:

- If a student registers from November 08 to May 08 of the following year to do written exams in
June of the following year, then upon acceptance by the ACCA the student will be invoiced to
pay his/her first subscription fee for the following year of £58.00 to ACCA and TT$247.50 to
ICATT in addition to the initial registration fees and annually thereafter by 1st January.

- If a student registers from May 09 to November 07 of the current year to do written exams in
December of that year, then only the initial registration fee is paid in the current year. The first
annual subscription fee becomes due 1st January following the year of initial registration and
annually thereafter by that date.

3. The Books and Study School fees are non-refundable and non - transferable.

4. The rate of conversion used is: £1.00 to TT$ 10.00.

5. All fees above are subject to change.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:

Students who were registered previously with ACCA/ICATT, as either of the following: CAT,
FIA, ACCA – mature or mainstream route, MUST inform SBCS (Accountancy Training &
Education Centre - ATEC) of their registration status with ACCA/ICATT on or before registering
with SBCS Ltd.
