This Lakbay Aral was conceptualized to provide an opportunity for our Barangay
Staff to exchange views/ideas among themselves and help each other determine what

good practices can best be adopted in their respective area/ sphere of influence.

V. OBJECTIVES
These activities are aimed at incorporating elements of fun and competition and
turning the people’s attention away from negative influences and promote harmonious
relations among them. This event also strives to establish the collective identity and
distinction of the staff of Barangay Mabayuan in this day as well as highlight their
dedication in rendering public service.
