Qualifications: Experience in call center and sales experience. Excellent communications skills and a
clean criminal check
Pay: $16.00/hr ( Subject to change please confirm with team lead) Candidate will be on HRC payroll.
Any payroll questions should be directed to HRC.
Commission: Can earn sales commissions on upselling/ cross- selling products & services( details
provided by manager)
Location: North York/ Scarborough. Major Intersection is Don Mills and Sheppard Ave.
Hours : Must be available to work rotational shifts (Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays and
Sundays 8am to 9:00pm)
Remote but may work in the office in the future. Please ensure they have necessary equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Live Chat Agents who are looking to move beyond a regular job
towards a potential career with our client.
We are looking for a high energy, results-focused individual for the following role.
Position offers:
• Paid training
• You must be available to work Rotating Shifts: Mon-Fri: 8am-9pm, Sat- Sun: 8am-9pm.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Live Chat and Email inquiries from customers/non-customers and converting potential leads and customer
service opportunities into sales
• Answer questions via email and chat with a high quality level of customer service
• Be able to identify sales opportunities based on information given by caller and sell company's products
and plans
Qualifications:
Note:this position requires a Criminal Background Check to be completed for potential candidates. These

2. Phone Screen ( using phone screen questions)
- Phone screening questions are in CURA under questionnaire. IF not in CURA: add in
documents and add a note.
IF candidate meets requirement move to step 3.
3. Speak to team lead and advise that you wish to move forward.
- Add HRC Logo
- Ensure resume is up to date/ ask candidate if resume to send updated resume( Note: Do
not send Indeed resumes if you do, modify resume to a different format)
Team lead will send resume from CURA under to Job order and add notes.
8. Recruitment Lead to advise Manager placement is confirmed by Client so manager will place in
CURA
2. Follow up with candidate before first day to ensure they have all details and wish good luck
3. Check in with candidate at end of first week
