 Content Management Features:
Will allow full access to staff for changes & updates on all copy etc.,

 Rotating Header:
Will provide fade in images – pictures & Phrases

Will provide user friendly software allowing our staff to modify or add new
articles on real time

 Job Board:

 Manage Job Postings:

Admin panel will have full control, adding, editing and deleting jobs.
Administrators have authority to approve new jobs and modify job
properties that job posters cannot.

 Manage Listing Types:

 Will allow Hospital user to post jobs, will provide options such as
job type, how long posting will be visible or “featured” in the jobs
list.

User able to choose how much to charge for job posting or will
make listing types free.

 Browsing Job Applicants:

All job applications and their attachments will be saved in the

database. Will create automatic back-ups

 Employer and Employee profile: From the backend will control

employer profiles, able to browse all jobs posted by employer, as
well as able to grant or revoke user access to resumes.

Each employer profile will be connected with one user account, so

browsing profiles will allows to check who owns which profile.

 Job importing : Fill job board automatically with jobs from sites
such as carrerbuilder.com or indeed.com.

Able to select keyword, region and time to import only the jobs will
fit site profile.

Able to import jobs from XML file making migrating from another
site.

 Job types and categories : Will allow to create an unlimited

number of jobs types (full time, part time etc.,) and categories.
Allow for fast and flexible job browsing, saving the visitor time and
encouraging regular visits.

 Visual Editor- The powerful Visual editors will add or remove input
fields from job, resume and application forms, giving total control.
 Will recognize the forms exactly as want, using a drag and drop
system.

 Custom Fields- Provide not limited to default fields in the “Add

Job”, “My Resume” and “Job Application” forms. Will create new
fields; select their type (text, select) names and validation rules.
New fields will be automatically added to the job board

 Social Media: Linked In, Face book, Twitter, other – will have
integration with these groups on our site.

 Video Portals: Client – testimonials. These portals will have the

same content management-user friendly ability to be changed –
updated by staff members.

 Drop Down tabs: We will refer the following competitor sites for
the general “attitude” – functionality desired :

Methodology
The Methodology for the development of the proposed system: Rapid
Application Development

Study Phase: Requirements Study for the complete system to develop the
system.

System Design: System design according to your requirement. The entire

system features decided and finalized at this stage

Customization: The prototype is shown and the comments for

improvement and the inputs are collected.

Construction and coding: Coding forms features adding APIs and

integration of modules

Final Release: After complete testing we will deliver the whole integrated
system (the final version of the software)

 Free Technical Support will be provided throughout life cycle.

 Any clarification or dispute will be settled after mutual discussion. A third
