1. Method Statement for Lean Concreting is approved and followed?


2. Inspection and Test Plan for Lean Concreting is approved and implemented?
3. Approved for construction drawings are available?
4. Risk and Safety requirements are recognized, mitigated and documented?
5. Ensure all setting out are verified by surveyor including dimension, location
& level.
6. Ensure that area is clean and ready to received lean concrete.
7. Ensure that concrete to be use is as per the approved concrete mix design.
8. Ensure that soil poisoning is completed and accepted.
9. Location of concrete pump and access has been checked.
10. Sufficient manpower are available on site.
11. Sufficient lighting and concrete finishing tools are available.
12. Pouring sequence and methodology is approved.
13. Pre-activity briefing and readiness meeting conducted prior to pouring.
14. Check if fresh concrete sampling and testing tools are ready and available
prior to start concrete pouring.
15. Ensure that proper curing and protection is applied to the concrete to
prevent cracks and other defects.
16. Ensure that concrete samples are protected and cured properly.
