1 Inform & get sign off the work permit before start testing.

2 Smoke Detector LED's are blinking in Normal mode.

Check the Smoke detector by creating an Alarm

Smoke detector activated & indicate alarm in main FAS panel & repeater panel.

Hooters / Strobes Activated in an Alarm condition.

All Access door must be Open in an Alarm.

All Fire Dampers must be OFF in an Alarm condition.

All AHU's must be OFF in an Alarm.

10 Check the Alarm History (Time, Location nominclature etc.)

11 Silence the Hooter / Strobe.

Removed the detectors clean by air blower/Reset the Manual Call Point & put back into the

13 Acknowladge & Reset Functions performing properly on Fire Alarm Panel.

Check the FAS panel working properly on Battery by switching OFF mains supply.

15 Switch On mains supply, remove the Battery terminals & check battery voltage.

16 Checking of Cable Termination of the panel

17 Checking of full system in normal & Functional Mode
