b) The midpoint of the line segment from P1 to P2 is (5, -4). If P2 = (7, -2), what is P1?
2. Find the length of each side of the triangle determined by the three points P1, P2 and P3. State
whether the triangle is an isosceles triangle, a right triangle, neither of these, or both.
a) P1= (2, 1); P2= (-4, 1); P3= (-4, -3)
b) P1= (7, 2); P2= (-4, 0); P3= (4, 6)
3. Draw a complete graph so that it has the type of symmetry indicated.

(b) graph each circle;
(c) find the intercepts, if any.
7. Find the standard form of the equation of a circle with, Center (4, -2) and tangent to the line
𝑥 = 1.
8. Determine whether the graph is that of a function by using the vertical-line test. If it is, use the
graph to find: (a) The domain and range (b) The intercepts, if any (c) Any symmetry with respect
to the x-axis, the y-axis, or the origin.
