Job Description
Proprietor- The proprietor of a manufacturing industry manages the
business, setting strategic goals, managing finances, and ensuring
regulatory compliance. They make crucial decisions on investments,
expansion, and business development to drive growth and profitability.
General Manager- The general manager in the manufacturing industry
manages daily operations, including production schedules, inventory
management, and quality control, coordinating departments, implementing
policies, and optimizing efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality
standards.
Factory Supervisor- The factory supervisor is responsible for overseeing the
production process, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining
quality standards, motivating workers, coordinating workflow, and
addressing issues to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery,
thereby ensuring the smooth functioning of the factory.
Craftsman- Responsible for creating high-quality, custom-made products
using specialized tools and techniques, while adhering to strict quality
standards and design specifications. Collaborates with design teams and
clients to interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to produce
precision-engineered components and finished goods.
Skilled Worker- Skilled Worker: Performs a variety of tasks within the
manufacturing process, utilizing advanced technical skills and machinery to
fabricate, assemble, or finish products according to established procedures
and safety guidelines. Works closely with supervisors and team members to
maintain production schedules, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure
product quality and efficiency.
Labourer- Assists in manufacturing operations by handling materials,
operating machines, and assisting with assembly tasks. They work under
supervisors and operators to maintain a clean work area, load, and unload
materials, and perform routine maintenance for productivity and safety.
Worker Supervisor- Responsible for overseeing production activities,
including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to
safety and quality standards. Provides leadership and guidance to workers,
resolves conflicts, and communicates effectively with management.
Clerk- Performs administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping,
and filing documents related to manufacturing processes. Assists with
inventory management, order processing, and coordinating communication
between different departments within the manufacturing facility.
Labourers- Responsible for physical tasks like material handling, assembly
line work, and equipment operation, adhering to supervisors' instructions,
maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety
protocols.
Finance Supervisor- Responsible for managing financial operations,
ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, supervising
finance team members, providing financial strategy guidance, and
supporting senior management in decision-making processes.
Accountant- Manages financial transactions, prepares financial statements,
and ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and
regulations. Analyzes financial data, identifies trends, and provides
recommendations to improve financial performance and operational
efficiency.
Designer- Creates innovative product designs that meet customer needs
and brand standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting
market research, and using design software to produce high-quality
designs.
