Kinds of adverbs :
1. Adverb of time - today, tomorrow, yesterday, the day before yesterday etc.
2. Adverb of place - here, there, everywhere, nowhere etc.
3. Adverb of frequency - always, seldom, never, hardly, frequently etc.
4. Adverb of degree - too, very, much, quite etc.
5. Adverb of manner - Ly - Beautifully, Bravely, Honestly.
Wise+ ly =wisely
Beautiful + ly = beautifully
Honest + ly honestly
Caretul+ ly = carefully
Noun+ ly =Adjective
Friend+ ly = friendly
Brother+ ly = brotherly
Man + ly =manly

In this structure we can use both "good" and "bad" qualities with "too"

Both are same in meaning
