reason I can speak English very well besides I’m certified with level B2 at English I am a hard-worker
with excellent communication skills I think this posiion is to me because i'm good in customer service
I have always liked to help people with every thing that they need I’m atttentive,respectfuland first

About my studies
I took a course of English at Colombo americano cultural center that’s why the reason I can speak
English very well besides I’m certified with level B2 at English. I study business administration since
2021 at Universidad del atlantico, I am a SENA graduated as technician in commercial and financial
operations accounting. Moreover I am a technician in computer systems maintenance at ITSA
University
My hobbies are reading books and dancing, Along with this, I also like cooking. Every day I like
learning new skills, that’s why the reason I love languages I think that is the best way to connect
people around the world I usually practice English with natives and students of other countries
through of callings improve my speaking skill anyway I learned about their culture too
Otherwise I like play the guitar, I really enjoy listening to music on English and when I have free time I
love go skating, At the weekend I like too much walk with my dog at park and take a breath of
everything.
I have good communications skills, I’m patient, and a good listener I stand out to have a positive
attitude that’s why the reason I get along with people very well I like to work in a team I think that is
very important a good team in a company to have success, additionally I can learn how to operate
new computer programs very fast and I know how to use Excel very well. As for my weaknesses, I
guess my biggest weakness is working too much and not knowing when to stop sincerely I’m
consider a person very perfectionist I like always give 100% percent in every thing that I do.
I should be hired for this role because I have all the qualities that a good call center agent should
possess. I am punctual, disciplined, patient, flexible, and organized. My positive attitude, work ethics,
and long-term goals align with the job requirements, making me a committed and valuable asset to
the company. Besides I have good communication skills, multi-tasking skills, and I am a fast learner. I
can guarantee you I will be able to deliver every task you ask me getting good solves. I know that I
have what it takes to become a good customer service representative.

I think the first step is to stay calm and express to the customer that you understand them. I think it’s
also important to remember that it isn’t personal, and the best way to de-escalate the situation is to
work towards a solution.
I know that a call center is where people ask for support when they’re facing some issues and
problems with a product or service its where representative help customers with the best of their
ability to find answers and fix issues It’s the job of call center agents to listen and understand
customer concerns while also providing helpful information. At the end of the day, customer service
call centers need to create satisfied customers with every call.
I begin each call by introducing myself, thanking the customer for calling and asking for their name.
Exchanging our names helps me personalize the customer's experience. I also find that thanking the
customer for taking the time to call us lets them know they are valued. After learning the customer’s
name, I ask how I can be of service and then reassure them that I can help. If they are calling to
address an issue they have, I also apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. These steps
allow me to build trust with the customer.When the call comes to a close, I always ask if there is
anything else I can help them with. This opportunity allows them to ask any follow-up questions. I
end the call by thanking them for their call and continued patronage. This is my last opportunity to
