Job Description

- Maintaining the information system and computer networks.


- Ensures that all systems are functional and secure.
- Manages and supervises the activities and operations of the information Technology unit
including hardware, software, network, telephone, and computer systems administration.
- Identifies and recommends cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the
organization.
1. IT Infrastructure:

- Ensure all network connections are functioning well, this includes servers to be working
properly.
- Maintain and administer the company server, website, and other web programs.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including e-mail, and backup servers, and
their associated operating systems and software.
- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plan.
- Conduct research, evaluate, and recommend server technology for future
implementation.

2. ERP System Implementation:

- Plan and oversee the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring that the project is
delivered within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Ensure that the ERP system meets the business requirements, enhances the operational
efficiency of the company, and aligns with the company’s IT strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT staff, and external
vendors, to analyze business processes, gather requirements, design, and configure the
ERP system.
- Manage the ERP system’s infrastructure, including hardware, software, databases, and
servers, to ensure that it is secure, stable, and reliable.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identify, and resolve any problems, and
ensure that the system is tested and validated before go-live.
- Train end-users, create user manuals, and support users in the adoption of the new ERP
system.
- Manage maintenance and upgrades of the ERP system, ensuring that it continues to
meet business requirements and that any changes are properly documented and
communicated.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including senior
management, business users, and IT staff.

3. Mobile App Development


The manager of this function needs to oversee the performance of the team of mobile app
developer as following:
- Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
- Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
- Fixing bugs and performance problems
- Writing clean, readable, and testable code
- Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver
well-architected and high-quality solutions

Job Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• A minimum of 03-years’ experience in the role of Manager
• Experience including but not limited to: Microsoft Visual Studio Development, .NET
Framework, .Net Core, C#.Net, MVC, ASP.Net, Bootstrap, Dev Express, JavaScript, jQuery,
XML and XSL, IIS, SQL Server, T-SQL, TFS (etc.)
• Good command of English communication, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Expertise in IT Infrastructure LAN/WAN, IT Server and PC installation &
configuration, Microsoft Window Server 2022, window Services and
troubleshooting
- Expertise in Backup and Store solution.
- Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
- Good understanding and maintain company domains and websites.
- Good experience in NetApp storage, NAS, and Cisco Server.
- Experience in budget planning and good management skills.
- Good in ERP System.
