WHEREAS:
The Se lor is desirous of crea ng a trust for religious and charitable purposes as
hereina er men oned as KARMA VIPARYASA TRUST;
The Se lor has represented to the Trustees that the Se lor is the absolute owner
of the property situated at 10/207, Chembula Bavi Street, Gooty, Anantapur,
Andhra Pradesh – 515401 and is fully en tled to dispose of the same as
hereina er provided The Se lor has requested DEVANA VENKATA VISHNU
BHARGAV, resident of 10/207, Chembula Bavi Street, Gooty, Anantapur, Andhra
Pradesh – 515401 and DEVANA VENKATA KRISHNA MOHAN, resident of 10/207,
Chembula Bavi Street, Gooty, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh – 515401 to act as
Trustees of this trust and to receive and hold the trust property upon the trusts
hereina er declared;
The Trustees has agreed to act as trustees of this trust and to receive and hold
the trust property upon the trusts hereina er declared;
NOW THIS DEED OF TRUST WITNESSETH as follows:
TRUST PROPERTY
The Se lor hereby transfers and assigns to the Trustee, the property situated at
10/207, Chembula Bavi Street, Gooty, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh – 515401, to
be held upon the trusts and for the purposes hereina er men oned.
TRUSTEES
The Trustee shall be DEVANA VENKATA VISHNU BHARGAV, having Aadhar
number 744320240009 resident of 10/207, Chembula Bavi Street, Gooty,
Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh – 515401 and DEVANA VENKATA KRISHNA MOHAN,
having Aadhar number 891087122847 resident of 10/207, Chembula Bavi
Street, Gooty, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh – 515401, and any successor trustee
appointed in accordance with the provisions of this Deed.
TRUST OBJECTIVES
The trust hereby created shall be a religious trust and shall be administered for
the purposes men oned below and also as determined from me to me by
the Trustee in accordance with the religious beliefs and prac ces of Hindu
Religion.
Purposes:
 The conduct of the pujas, celebra ons, annual utsavam of the KAMAKHYA
AMMA as per the me-honoured customs and tradi ons that have been
established as per Hindu tradi ons.
 Appoin ng priests, Thantri’s, and other appropriate persons to carry out
daily pujas, other related ac vi es, religious programs and marriages as
per Hindu tradi ons and to provide necessary guidance for the same.
 Providing Anna Danam for the poor and general public.
 To promote Hindu religion by organizing religious programs with the help
of Religious Priests & Saints and to spread the teachings & thoughts of
great philosophers, thinkers, reformers and saints of Hindu Religion.
 Promo on of brotherhood, unity and harmony amongst general public
by using the temple as the fulcrum of these ac vi es.
 Promo on of peace and harmony amongst all devotees who come to
worship at the temple.
  Provision of all necessary financial assistance for the upkeep and
maintenance of the temple, associated buildings, and other such utensils
and movables.
 Conduct any business ac vi es subject to the condi ons s pulated in
sec on 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961
 To acquire, purchase or otherwise own or under take on loan or lease or
hire temporality or permanently and movable or immovable property
necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the objects of the trust

POWERS OF TRUSTEE
The Board of Trustees shall have the control and management of the Trust and
exercise the following powers:
a) To determine from me to me to commence and to take up the object and
purposes for which the funds of the trust shall be used and allot and allocate to
each of the objects such por on of the funds as they deem fit;
b) To purchase and acquire any immovable property of any kind for this object
of the Trust or as a source of income for the Trust;
c) To sell, mortgage, or dispose of any immovable property/proper es belonging
to the Trust;
d) To incur all expenditure necessary as in their own opinion useful for carrying
out the objects and administra on of the trust;
e) To sell, lease, mortgage or dispose of any property, immovable
property/proper es belonging to the Trust’
f) To open one or more bank accounts of the trust with any bank or banks as the
Trustees may deem fit and deposit monies of the Trust in the Bank accounts.
g) To borrow for and on behalf of the Trust with or without security from banks,
Governments, Universi es or any other government Body/bodies both central
and state;
h) To employ staff of all kinds necessary and useful for carrying out the objects
of the trust.
i) To incur such other items of expenditure as is necessary and incidental for
carrying out the objects of the Trust;
j) To delegate all or any of the powers vested in the Trustees to anybody’ to frame
rules, bylaws and other codes for the conduct of the affairs of the Trust and its
transac ons and establishing any Commi ee;
k) To accept contribu ons in cash or in kind either by way of addi on to the trust
funds generally or for any one or more of the specified objects of the Trust.
l) To establish as many ad hoc commi ees for any purpose.
APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
The Trustee may resign by giving wri en no ce to the Se lor and to co-trustee
or successor trustee. In the event of such resigna on, the Se lor shall have the
power to appoint a new trustee by wri en instrument.
AMENDMENT OF TRUST DEED
The Se lor may amend this Deed of Trust by execu ng a wri en instrument,
provided that such amendment is consistent with the Objec ves of the trust.
GOVERNING LAW
For ma ers not provided for in these presents, the provisions of the Indian Trust
Act and the Income Tax Act,1961 and rules made there under will apply
accordingly.
