1. Design and implement a suitable circuit to detect depolarization (activation) of the left ventricles
and estimate the instantaneous heart rate by measuring the time interval between two consecutive R-
waves.

2. Design and implement a suitable circuit to detect QRS complex and measure heart rate

3. Design an amplifier circuit to probe the DC potentials, which are dependent on the position of the
eye and to measure the changes in the electric field, which changes with respect to the recording
electrodes placed in the skin at specified points.

4. Design and implement preamplifiers to acquire along with impedance matching circuit using
suitable ICs

5. Design and implement a right leg driven ECG amplifier and give its significance

6. Design and implement a demultiplexer for separating a multiplexed ECG and EOG signal

7. Measure the acidity or the alkalinity of the solution and determine the current flowing through the
circuit to determine the conductivity different fluids.

8. Biological signal amplifiers such as an electrocardiogram (ECG) measures small electrical signals,
which is often in the range of several millionths of a volt. Design a circuitry to eliminate the noise to
cancel the interference.

9. Perform the measurement and recording of peripheral blood flow

10. Conduct an experiment to measure the H+ ion concentration of the given samples and compare the
same samples using conductivity meter.

11. Calculate the heart rate by recording the Electrical activity of the cardiac muscles.

12. Study the characteristics and working of an optical isolation amplifier.

13. Design a pre amplifier to acquire bio signals along with impedance matching circuit using suitable
IC‘s

14. Calculate the pulse rate of human body by using signal generated by light source.

15. Design a PCB layout for chopper bio amplifier using suitable software tool.

16. Determine the chemical imbalance in the patient blood using alkalinity test. Justify it how it vary
from normal range.

17. Design and analyse the various artifacts of ECG recording with suitable waveform.

18. Design a PCB layout for instrumentation bio amplifier using suitable software tool and calculate its
parameters.

19. Determine the electrical conductivity on the surface of human body.

20. Design a PCB layout for any bio amplifier using suitable software tool.
