(3) The contractor shall obtain a night work permit from the Specialized Department in Dubai Municipality before the initiation of any work which produce noise in neighborhood
Fifth, blowing dust and air pollution.

(1) Proper examination of the soil layers and verify the depth of foundation and the quality of the soil layers in addition to the level of ground water through the soil tests.
(2) The safety and security of neighboring buildings in case of constructions that require lateral pressure to balance and stable .
Third: destruction of the the main lines for gas, water and electricity
Deep Foundation 5 3 15 (1) Verify locations and depths of excavation places according to approved drawing and providing all means for safe drilling.
)Pile Foundation ( Fourth: the coup and the fall of the parts of the tower crane
(1) All crane and accessories should be made of metal, high strength and durability of materials, inaddition to leave a safe distance between the place of the crane and the surroundings
(2) All drivers and operators cranes should be Trained ,qualified and accredited by the Dubai Municipality to be familiar with the Secure operation in site.
(3) All cranes must be fitted with brakes capable of holding and controlling the maximum load and all moving parts in cranes (Belts, gears and pulleys) must be guarded from employee contact, Ea crane on site shall be thoroughly
(4) Comply with all safety items related to cranes as stated in Chapter 22 of of Code of Constructions Safety Practice
Fifth: fall and injuries of workers during pile foundation
(1) Providing all personal protective equipment for workers in the construction sites with making the necessary training for workers in the construction sites
(2) All the scaffolding materials and work platforms must be of good materials and standardized.
(3) Provide a standard protecting barriers around the work area or the use of safety belts of the type (saftey Harness)
(1) Assign a trained person to guide heavy equipment, trucks and machinery during reverse movements using the correct signs in order to protect other workers on site.
4 Fram Structure (2) Make sure that the truck traffic back path free of any equipment or workers.
(3) Provide concrete truck transport with sound notification system when you go back with a light .

Hollow core slab Fifth: workers injured as a result of dealing with the concreting equipment
(1) Workers at construction sites should be trained and qualified to deal with the Engineering materials and equipment.
(2) Comply with all safety items related to the work of concrete in Chapter "10" of Code of Constructions Safety Practice .
First: Collapse of the steel structures and part of them :
(1) Providing all workers in construction sites with personal protective equipment .

(1) Welding cylinders should be in stable position , and should be remove empty ones as soon as possible from construction site .
First: Block Wall Collapse
(1) A limited access zone shall be established whenever a masonry wall is being constructed about 1.25 height of the wall to be reconstructed .
(2) The limited access zone shall remain in place until the wall is adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse. The wall shall be braced to prevent overturning or collapse
(3) Masonry walls shall not be used to support any lateral loads or as supporting walls unless a special design has been made and approved by the consultant engineer
(4) Comply with all safety items related to the work of concrete in Chapter X of Code of Constructions Safety Practice

(2) Use approved tools only. Not allowed to use damaged or impropper tools.
Second: Injury from wood working and cutting machines.
Woodworking (1) All moving parts to be guarded. All machines should be switched off when not in use. Provide Good ventilation and lighting.
(2) All adequate and appropriate personal protective equipment shall be provided to all workers at site to protect head, eyes, ears, respiratory, hands, feet and other body parts.
Doors, wall panels, gypsum( 3 2 6 Third: Exposure to wood dust and wood glue/adhesive.

(1) Use dust mask and work at ventilated area. Use rubber gloves while applying wood glue.
Fourth: Exposure to noise and its effects on hearing
(1) Machinery to be maintained properly, use of earplugs and comply with all requirements mentioned on Code of Construction Safety Practice
Fifth: Waste generation may lead to pollution & contamination
(1) All workers must be well trained and qualified. Skips/bins for collection and sorting wood waste from other wastes to be provided the site. Waste to be removed designated area before it overflows.

Second: Falling of materials during fixing process

Cladding works (4) Provide standard protective barriers around the working area and safe plat forms
Third: Fires
(1) Using approved materials that is compliant with the technical and engineering specisfications and obtained from accredited suppliers
(2) Prepare emergency plan for evacuation in case of fire that includes emergency exists and assemply points. Regular fire evacuation drills shall be conducted to ensure its effectiveness.
(3) The contractor shall develop a fire protection and prevention plan fron fire throughout all phases of the construction works and this plan should include all applied procedures in emergency cases.
(4) All employees shall be trained on applying fire protection and prevention plan and fighting procedures. All employees should be provided with proper personal protective equipments.
First: The fall of workers from hights may leads to injuries, body fractures or deaths
(1) Provide safe and standard platforms with the need to install scaffolds and work platforms by qualified people.
(2) All scaffolding/platforms material to be of sound materials.
(3) The open side edges of platforms higher than 2 m shall be provided with standard guard rail not less than 95 cm and not more than 115 cm high and consists of top rail and mid rail and toe-board not less than 15 cm high above the

(7) Ladders shall be securely tied from upper and bottom to prevent slipping and shall be fixed on stable and level surfaces using their slip-resistant feet.
