(1) Take all the technical precaution concerning the Dewatering by certified and licensed companies
(2) Dewatering by specialized companies down to safety stage according to the approved design.

Fifth, blowing dust and air pollution.

(1) All crane and accessories should be made of metal, high strength and durability of materials, inaddition to leave a safe distance between the place of the crane and the surroundings
(2) All drivers and operators cranes should be Trained ,qualified and accredited by the Dubai Municipality to be familiar with the Secure operation in site.
(3) All cranes must be fitted with brakes capable of holding and controlling the maximum load and all moving parts in cranes (Belts, gears and pulleys) must be guarded from employee contact, Ea crane on site shall be thoroughly

(2) All lifting appliances/ cranes or machines should have safety certificate from Dubai Municipality to ensure its validity and efficiency of use
(3) In case of using equipments which operate with diesel and produce high noise such as dewatering pumps, alternative electrical pumps may be used or isolating it in such a way to reduce the noise levels to the allowable levels.
The contractor shall obtain a night work permit from the concerned Department in Dubai Municipality before the initiation of any work which produce noise in neighborhood areas during the night time period in compliance with all

Second: The coup or falling parts of the crane
(1) All lifting appliances/ cranes or machines should have safety certificate from Dubai Municipality to ensure its validity and efficiency of use
(2) All crane operators shall be qualified and have adequate knowledge and experience , and they have been properly trained in this regard and have been approved by Dubai Municipality
(3) One person should be appointed to give the proper signals to the crane operator, and this person has been thoroughly trained to do this job and has been approved.
(4) Make sure to get all the NOC from the relevant authorities.
(5) Comply with all safety requirements regarding cranes mentioned on chapter 22 of Code of Construction Safety Practice

Fourth: Run over workers by machinery or vehicles at construction sites
(1) Assign a trained person to guide heavy equipment, trucks and machinery during reverse movements using the correct signs in order to protect other workers on site.
(2) Ensure that all Mechinary and vehilcles traffic routes are clear and free of any obstacles or equipments.
(3) All vehicles on site must be equipped with reverse alarm and flasher light which will work when any vehicle moves backward.
(4) Comply with all safety items specified on the Code of Construction Safety Practice
(5) All machineries shall be operated, maintained and inspected only by adequately qualified and trained personnel.

** The above plan is the general risk assessment plan that may occur on under construction sites. The contractor should prepare the special works risk assessment plan is case of conducting specialized works, equipments & installations and add it to the
general risk assessment plan. The consultant sould approve it and prepare his inspection program depending on this plan.
