FAULT DIAGNOSTICS
There is one fault log that can be accessed by the User Interface. The CPU contains a fault log which
may be accessed with the user interface tool; follow the procedure below to access the fault log.
4. The sub-menu and value displays now flash information alternating between a 2 digit and a 4 digit
number. The 2-digit number refers to the fault position in the fault stack, 01 being the latest fault. The
4 digit number gives the code of the fault stored at that location (see TABLE OF FAULT CODES).
6. To exit the FAULT HISTORY press MENU. This returns the value in the sub-menu display to 1.
Note: If the lift is in a fault state the display will show the current fault code. The fault will have to be
cleared or the system reset before the access is allowed into the fault history.
Sometimes a particular fault sequence may become difficult to follow. In such cases it may be
advisable to clear the fault history prior to putting the lift into service. The fault history may be erased
by using the User Interface tool with the following procedure.
3. Scroll the sub-menu using the arrow buttons until the number 2 appears on the sub-menu display.
