Executive Summary:
The report summarizes the estimated budget costs for the Construction company
opening and other charges. On the contrary, the actual construction company
costs amounted to PKR: 987,000/- (Including all initial Expenses) which was above
the projected cost for the construction company.

Scope
This report centers on the main objectives which are the construction projected
construction budget and costs for the company to open. It contains the
construction company’s projected costs. The Main Scope of the business is to
construct low budged houses for the less income community and later on will
take part in construction of Government housing schemes as a consultant so that
these kind of housing may be in range of low income community as construction
sector is linked with 42 other businesses so this will definitely help in getting jobs
and boost up other business sectors which helps in reducing poverty and shelter
which are the basic need of every human being. So being an Entrepreneur and a
civil Engineer having 6 years of progressive Experience in construction sector this
is my aim and Goal which is Also vision of Our Worthy Prime Minister.

Conclusion
The main objective was to determine the projected costs for the Company opening
and construction expenses. The actual construction costs amounted to PKR
987,000, which was higher than the predicted construction costs of PKR 962,000/-.
The total estimated Company opening costs for the construction and opening was
approximately PKR 990,000/- (Excluding 90000/- company’s opening expenses).

Recommendations
1. The company will have to arrange its office on rent and will furnish with furniture
and other basic requirements.
2. The company will also have its employees which will be hired on monthly salary.
3. The company will have to arrange its machinery and other basic tools for minor
construction purposes.
4. These are the cumulative/lump sum costs (990000) for establishing a small level
construction company for minor housing projects.
