ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY HELD AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL ON DECEMBER 4, 2023 AT 9:00 IN THE MORNING.

RESOLUTION O11
SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING ASSISTANCE FROM GOVERNOR DR. DULCE ANN HOFER, PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR,
ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY PROVINCE FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AT BARANGAY DATU
PANAS ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY WITH AN ESTIMATED LENGTH OF 7.5 KILOMETERS.

WHEREAS, that, the Sangguniang Barangay Members of Barangay Datu Panas has identified the need to improve
and develop the road network in the different roadway within Barangay Datu Panas as to enhance the productivity
and to contribute to the social and economic growth of the Barangay;

WHEREAS, that, the Sangguniang Barangay Members, in support to the medium-term development plan of Barangay
Datu Panas, there is a need to provide concreting of Barangay road networks;

WHEREAS, that, the Sangguniang Barangay Members of Barangay Datu Panas recognizes the lack of fund to
implement its priority project hence the need to request for funding assistance from outside sources for this project;

WHEREAS, that, the Honorable body deems that this road concreting project is a major contributing factor in the
progress of this Barangay.

WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon Rodelo Gallobe Malinao, unanimously seconded it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to make a humble request to the Provincial Governor, Dr. Dulce Ann Hofer to set
aside a fund on providing this project.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of these resolutions be furnished to the Provincial Governor Office, Ipil Heights, Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay Province and other Offices Concerned.
