A RESOLUTION REALIGHNING THE RENOVATION FUND OF DAY CARE CENTER IN SITIO


MARARAG AMOUNTING TO FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (50,000.00) FOR DIRTY KITCHEN
OF PUROK 1 DAY CARE CENTER.

WHEREAS The Daycare center in Sitio Mararag, Bgy. Maasin Brooke’s Point, Palawan, has been
allocated a renovation fund amounting to Fifty Thousand Pesos, (50,000.00) derived from SDMP for
the improvement of its facilities.

WHEREAS, upon assessment and evaluation, it has been determined that the dirty kitchen at Purok 1
Day care center is in urgent need of improvement to ensure the health and safety of the children and
staff.

WHEREAS the improvement of the Dirty kitchen at Purok 1, Day care center in deemed to priority
to address the current facilities condition,

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that.


1. The renovation fund amounting to Fifty Thousand pesos (50,000.00) originally allocated for
the Daycare Center in Sitio Mararag be re-aligned to the Dirty kitchen of Purok 1 Day Care
center for its improvement.
2. The realignment of funds shall be used solely for the improvement of Dirty Kitchen of

3. Purok 1 Daycare center including but not limited to repair works equipment upgrade and
improvement of facilities,
4. The responsible committee in charge overseeing the improvement project shall ensure that the
fund is utilized efficiently and effectively towards the improvement of the Dirty Kitchen of
Purok 1 Day Care center.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the office of
