UNDERTAKING BY STUDENT AND PARENT FOR ADMISSION

I shall follow and comply the following rules:

1. Attend all the classes from the 1st day of the university and will be regular and punctual to all the
and am aware that if I do not secure attendance at least 75%, I shall be detained and not allowed
to appear in academic activities (Quizzes, presentations, assessment, Mid and Final Term Exams).
2. Follow the dress code and uniform prescribed by the institute. Along with university ID-Card.
3. Absenteeism on medical grounds or in case of emergency is to be informed to the university
authority by the parents/guardians of their ward immediately with a medical and fitness
certificate.
4. Present my best of behavior, refrain from impairment or disturbance of the academic
environment of the university, shall refrain from damaging property or university assists, breach
of discipline, propagating false information, theft or forgery, use of unfair means in
examinations/tests, use of documents with an intent to deceive, failure to comply with
instructions issued from time to time.
5. Refrain from all illegalities (Beers, wine, arms, narcotics, graphic content, pornographic content
etc.).
6. Refrain from misuse of cellphone or any other devices (loud music, recording others without their
consent).
7. Refrain from all sorts of involvement in political activities.
8. Refrain from misbehaving with teachers, administrative staff and with other fellow students.
9. Any change in address or phone number will be communicated to the university authorities
immediately.

If I fail to comply with the above mentioned clauses/points, university can take disciplinary
actions against me which may result into RUSTICATION or EXPULSION from
university and the decision taken by the authorities in this regard will be considered
“FINAL”.
