UNDERTAKING OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

Here by intend to take admission in the academic year 2024-25 in the

I am not able to submit latest mark sheets of ................................. (class). Hence,

24 is provisional. I assure that after receiving the latest mark sheet of

college for conversion of provisional to regular admission. In any case, if I could
