Respected sir,
1. Under under the instruction of my of my client named
Prem Kumar Govind Patil I am hereby to serve you this
notice
that you noticee and my client are well acquainted with
each other and you noticee where in good terms with my
client
2. My client is doing job as a contractor for Internal
designing
And you noticee is also do the job of interior designing on
contractual basis
That that during the month of January 2020 one person
approached my client To assign the work of interior of his
house of about 1200 square metre Hence my client
approached you noticee and he gave you this work of
interior interior designing In good Faith That after
conversations it was decided between my client and you
notice that an amount of 19 lakhs will be given for the
complete work and my client gave 12 lakh rupees to you
noticee in cash as a balance payment for completion of the
above said contract work and the time for the completion of
this work was decided for total of 4 months

3. But you notice after receiving the amount in cash did


not complete the work in 4 months on the contrary remain
negligent and did not complete the work as a result my
client approached you and requested you to complete the
work as soon as possible but you noticee Was completely
negligent and did not complete his work as a result my
client asked you noticee to return the balance amount of
rupees 12 lakh which was bonafidely received by you as
you have not completed the work but you not noticee
started giving false promises that you will return the
amount as soon as possible there after my client tried to
contact you but you failed to answer and did not receive
the phone call of my Client this clearly shows you had the
ill- intention to deceive my client and not to return the
balance amount to rupees 12 lakh which was bonafidely
taken by you noticee
4. This action of you noticee amounts to fraud and
cheating on my Client you are hereby directed to return the
12 lakh amount which you noticee has received within 15
days of the receipt of this notice failing of which my client
will be constrained to Institute civil as well as criminal
proceeding against you noticee
You are hereby directed to pay Rs 5000 as notice charges
because of your actions
