KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION BY SOLE HEIR is entered into in the City
of Pagadian by RUEL E. TE, of legal age, Filipino, married to Mary Grace E. Te with postal
address at Aquila Street, Terry Hills Subdivision, Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter referred to as
SOLE HEIR.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the above-named party is the legitimate son and sole heir of the late LOLITA
EDMILAO TE, who died on March 22, 2022 at Bulatok, Pagadian City, the deceased died intestate
and without issue.
That the said deceased, at the time of her death, left one (1 ) property as follows to wit:
A parcel of land known as Lot B-1-D, Psd-09-060722, of the subdivision plan being a portion
of Lot B-1, Psd-09-038556, situated at Barangay Tiguma, City of Pagadian, Island of Mindanao.
Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) Square meters. Covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-40,089, as issued by the Register of Deeds for the City of Pagadian.
That no personal properties are involved in this Affidavit of Self-Adjudication.
That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the said deceased left no
debts.
That the party hereto being of legal age and with full capacity to contract, hereby by these
presents adjudicate, unto himself the entirety of the parcel of land described above.

AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY AND AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING BY

SOLE HEIRS

I, SILVERIANA VILLAGONZALO, of legal age, Filipino, widow, with residence and postal
address at Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur , after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land Lot No. 5405-13, Bsd-09-000788-AR/VLT situated in
Camanga Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of FOURTEEN
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (14,225) SQUARE METERS and covered by under
Transfer Certificate of Title No E-30,326, issued by the Register of Deeds, Province of Zamboanga del
Sur.
2. That the above parcel of land is the only parcel of agricultural land I own in Pagadian City and
Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
3. That the above described parcel of land is not TENANTED nor being worked by any agricultural tenant
or lessee.
4. That the above parcel of land is FIVE (5) hectares in size is within our right of retention and we have
the absolute right to dispose the same.
5. That the said land is free from all adverse claims, liens, and encumbrances whatsoever;
6. That we executing this affidavit to show proof that the portion of the land area which we have
DISPOSE within our right of retention, in compliance with the provisions of the DAR Administrative
Order No.1, Series of 2019 to prove that the land area involved does not exceed our right of retention
under the law;
