B.2 STP
For details about STP payments in SIC/euroSIC, please see the "STP-Guide" produced
by the working group on STP in payment transactions, reporting to the Payment Com-
mittee Switzerland.

Comments on individual fields:


Field Comment/content
56a In the Party Identifier an IBAN (CH or LI) counts as an STP feature.
57a In the Party Identifier an IBAN (CH or LI) counts as an STP feature.
59a 1. The IBAN (CH or LI) counts as an STP feature.
2. The 27-character ES reference number from the encoding line on the red "ES
Bank" counts as an STP feature.
3. The postal account number only counts as an STP feature if the transaction is
not sent directly to a bank. 4
72 Use of this field is a non-STP feature. Excluded from this are transactions with
remoteGATE codes (see Section E).

An MT103/A10 counts as STP provided that the following conditions are met:
