Part 1: Reading & Writing (60 minutes)

Reading Section

Task 1: Multiple Choice (5 questions)

Instructions: Read the text and choose the correct answer.

Text:

Tom's school is having a sports day next week. He will take part in the 100-meter race and the long
jump. Tom has been practicing every day after school. His friend, Mike, is also participating in the race.
They are both excited and hope to win a prize.
