I.

ENTRANCE OF COMPLETERS (PROCESSIONAL)


Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who
prepare for it today.
Good morning and welcome to the __ Moving Up Ceremony of Tabon Elementary
School with the theme “K to 12 Graduates: Molded Through a Resilient Educational
Foundation”

Ladies and Gentleman, the processional!


Let us all welcome the candidates for completion starting off with our Kindergarten –
Boys.
Marching up front is our Kindergarten – Girls.

Now, let us give a warm welcome to the pillars of this institution --- the faculty of
Tabon Elementary School starting with our
Kindergarten Teachers : Mrs. Rosalie Mae A. De Asis and Mrs. Mariel G. Alonso
Grade 1 Teachers: Mrs. Nicarda N. Tonilon and Mrs. Marissa Carunggay
Grade 2 Teachers: Mrs. Rosario L. Pandoro and Mrs. Saturnina P. Monceda
Grade 3 Teachers: Mrs. Joycie Marie A. Centeno and Mr. Celso C. Mercado
Grade 4 Teachers: Mrs. Suzette F. Guevarra and Mr. Rotchiv Albert S. Carin
Grade 5 teachers: Mrs. Mizreim R. Tagbuyawan and yours truly, Miss Kathleen Y.
Amaya
Grade 6 teachers, Mrs. Mary Vier H. Ramos and Miss Christy C. Vergara
Our Relieving Teachers, Mrs. Joyce Honeylen B. Villahermosa and Mr. Dionesio C.
Ocampo.

Next in line is our school principal, Mrs. Risel L. Gutierrez, followed by the
stakeholders in education, the BOD Officers led by Mr. Antonio Balinas Jr., our
Committee on Education, Mr. Paulino Amancio, and of course, our Barangay
Officials led by our barangay captain, Honorable Saturnino Gelardo.

Approaching the aisle is our guest of honor for today,

II. ENTRANCE OF COLORS
As we commence this significant occasion, let us honor the strength of our nation with
the entrance of colors.
III. NATIONAL ANTHEM
Now, let us pay homage to our beloved nation and divine grace as we unite in the
singing of our Philippine National Anthem.
IV. INVOCATION
Please remain standing. To bless this momentous occasion, let us seek the Divine
Intervention. May I call on Lovely Nin Jabagat, Kindergarten A pupil, to lead us all in
prayer.
V. WELCOME REMARKS
To set the tone for this morning’s event, let us put our hands together for John
Laurence S. Bejer, Kindergarten B pupil, for his opening remarks.
VI. PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES FOR COMPLETION
Now, we arrive at the highlight of our ceremony --- the presentation of candidates for
completion. May we invite, Mrs. Risel L. Gutierrez, our school principal, to present our
accomplished pupils.
VII. CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETERS
Thank you, Mrs. Gutierrez. And to do the honor of confirming our candidates for
completion. May we call on stage, our respectable guest of honor ___________________.

VIII. MESSAGE
This time, let us now draw some inspiration from ______________ as he/she shares
words of encouragement.
IX. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION
At this juncture, our accomplished pupils will now receive their well-deserved certificates
of completion. May I request our guest of honor, to be assisted by our school principal
and barangay captain, to do the honors of distributing the certificates.

May I also request the presence of our Kindergarten teachers to read the names of our
completers.
Completers, when your name is called, please make your way to the stage.
X. AWARDING
Every battle won, may it be little or big, always deserve recognition. And so this time,
we are now going to proceed to the Awarding of Performance and Conduct Awardees.
Teacher Mae and Teacher Yel, it is now time to give your little achievers the awards
they deserve.

XII. AWARDING OF CERTIFICATES TO OUTSTANDING PARENTS


It is also of utmost importance to give awards to the parents who have shown their full
and tireless support to the class and to the school for this school year. To recognize

XIII. WORDS OF GRATITUDE
Every success is built on the support and kindness of others. Now, let us all welcome,
Will Nicole N. Tonilon. Kindergarten-A completer to express gratitude on behalf of the
entire completing class.
XIV. MOVING UP SONG
Celebrating their achievements and their dreams, our completers will now present their
completion song entitled “I’m Ready To Go”.

XV. TRIBUTE SONG TO PARENTS


Every great endeavor is the result of many hands. Now, let us lend our ears to our
completers as they express their gratitude for the hands that helped them achieve what
they have today. Ladies and gentleman, our completers, with their tribute song.
XVI. ACKNOLEDGEMENT AND CLOSING REMARKS
Now, we’re almost at the end of our ceremony. It is but right to acknowledge all the
efforts invested in this ceremony.
And so, may I call on ________________________ to do the acknowledgement and
closing remarks.
XVII.RECESSIONAL
This moving up ceremony has truly been noteworthy for everyone here. It is a time of
celebration, achievement, and most importantly, a beginning of each dreamer here.
