Place eyes between rounds 11 and 12, leaving 10 holes between them. Place the 1st eye after

Now for the eyes. Stuff the head well. Cut a long piece of yarn and remove the eyes. Place the
needle in the hole where the first eye was and insert the needle into a hole next to the eye
hole. Go back and forth between each eye hole repeating the process from the first eye. Pull
slightly on the yarn after going through each hole. Do this about 3 times on each side until you
reach the look you want. Follow the pictures for help. There is also a youtube video I have for
extra help on this process.

To place the backs of the eyes you will need to remove most of the stuffing to place the
washers on the eyes then re stuff it.

Assembly

Head and Body:

1. Thread your needle with a long strand of white yarn. Insert the needle into a hole in
between the eyes. Bring the needle to a lower corner of the eye. Wrap the needle
around the outside of the eye and insert the needle into a hole on top of the eye. Pull a
little tightly. Repeat for the 2nd eye.
2. Make some spots on the front of the nose with pins. Thread your needle with a strand
of brown embroidery thread. Insert the needle into a hole on the head. Embroider a
nose.
3. Pin the head to the body for extra support. You may need to add more stuffing as you
sew.
4. Sew the head to the body

Sweet Oddity Art 9
Arms:
1. Thread your needle with a long strand of black yarn. Insert the needle into the magic
ring. Bring the needle up to rounds 6 and 7. Leave a long tail of yarn on both ends and
insert the needle down back into the magic ring. Pull tightly on both ends of the yarn.
Repeat this process 2-3 times until you achieve the look you want.
2. Pin the arms to the side of the body in a forward facing angle underneath the neck.
Since these are handmade there are no row placements I use. I just judge based on how
they look.
3. Sew the arms onto the body.

Sweet Oddity Art 10

Sweet Oddity Art 11
Legs:
1. Repeat the process from the arms on the legs.
2. Pin the legs onto the bottom of the body approximately between rounds
4 and 5 of the body.
3. Sew the legs onto the body

Tail:
1. Pin the tail onto the back of the body. Make sure it is lined up the way you want it.
2. Sew the tail onto the body.

Sweet Oddity Art 12

Horns:
1. Pin the horns onto the top of the head approximately between rounds 14 and 18. You
want the horns slope on the inside of the head.
2. Sew the horns onto the head.

Ears:
1. Pinch the ears at the bottom and sew about 3 stitches closed. Sew the bottom of the
ears together as well.
2. Pin the ears next to the horns. Sew the horns onto the head.

Sweet Oddity Art 14
Eyebrows and Goatee:
1. Embroider some eyebrows with black thread.
2. Cut about 7 or 8 pieces of white yarn. About 9 inches in length. Does not need to be
exact. This is an estimate as I just cut yarn based on looks.
3. Attach the yarn to the bottom of the chin.
4. Take a small wire pet brush and start brushing out the yarn on the chin. (you will lose
alot of the yarn in the process)
5. Keep brushing until you get a nice smooth goatee underneath.

Helpful Tips:
Exact Colors Used:
1. Light Brown: I love this yarn Light Brown
2. Dark Brown: I love this yarn Dark Brown
3. Medium Brown: I love this yarn Medium Brown
4. Cream: I love this yarn Cream
5. Pink: Big Twist Rose

You can use different eye sizes. You might have to adjust the placements if you change the
sizes.

You can use different hook sizes and weights of yarn. It will just change the size of your goat
and you might need to adjust eye and nose placement.

How you stuff matters! The type of stuffing you use, how you stuff, all this matters on how your
goat turns out. I prefer Polyfil stuffing but you can use other types.
