BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 14 SERIES OF 2024

BOARD RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF


AGRICULTURE, CIVIC SOCIETY ORGANIZATION.

WHEREAS, the BARANGAY BAUTISTA AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE, expresses the


intention to be accredited in the Office of the Department of Agriculture, Civic Society
Organization.

WHEREAS, the BARANGAY BAUTISTA AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE, regular


Monthly Board Meeting held at Barangay Bautista, Labo Camarines Norte on 27th day of
July 2024, attended by the following Board of Directors present, the following resolution was
approved and adopted:

WHEREAS, the BARANGAY BAUTISTA AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE, is an


agriculture cooperative duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority, and
existing under Philippines Laws;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to signify our intention to be an accredited


agriculture cooperative with the Department of Agriculture, Civis Society Organization.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward a copy of this RESOLUTION to the Regional Office of


the Department of Agriculture, thru the Office of Provincial Agriculture in Daet, Camarines
Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the following representatives of the organization are


authorized and directed to take any action necessary to effectuate the foregoing resolution:
Isabel B. Valenzuela and Ma. Lourdes V. Rafer
