ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Orientation to Learners on Disaster Preparedness

I. Introduction

This report summarizes the accomplishments of Concepcion Elementary School in


conducting orientation sessions on disaster preparedness for learners during 2023-2024. These
sessions are crucial for equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to stay
safe during emergencies and to contribute to the school's overall preparedness efforts.

II. Objectives

 To raise awareness among learners about potential hazards and risks within and around their
school and community.
