CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This is a contract made and between:

Obrero Elementary School, DepEd, Division of Cabanatuan City with office address at Obrero,
Cabanatuan City herein represented by DR. RAQUEL M. WONG, School Principal II hereinafter
referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”.

-AND-

CANDIDO SINDANUM of legal age, Filipino and a residence of/office address at Obrero
Elementary School, DepEd, Division of Cabanatuan City, hereinafter referred to as the
“SECOND PARTY”.

WITHNESSETH

1. That the First Party is in need of the service of the Second Party who shall perform work
not performed by the regular personnel of the First Party;
2. That the Second Party has signified his intention, to which the First Party has accepted, to
provide the service needed by the latter;
3. That in View hereof, the Second Party is hereby contracted as Night Security Guard for the
period of January 1 to December 31, 2021 in consideration of salary of P4,000.00 monthly.
4. That as a Night Security Guard, is expected to perform the following functions.

A. Safeguard the School’s Property from 6:00 in the evening until 6:00 in the
morning;
B. Keep an eye on all areas of the School and Regularly, from time to time,
minority safety;
C. Counter check materials from the building being repaired;
D. Do not allow anybody to make illegal entries in the school especially at
night;
E. Safe guard the materials that being use for the repair of the School
Buildings;
F. Report immediately any instances of untoward incidents during the time of
guarding;
G. Switch lights on at night and off in the morning.

5. That the Second Party shall perform work at a time and schedule to be agreed upon by the
parties;
6. That it is to understood that this contract does not create an employer-employee
relationship between the Second Party, that the services rendered hereunder are not
considered and will not be accredited as government service: and that latter is not entitled to
benefits enjoyed by the regular personnel of the First Party;
7. That in case of failure on the First Party in performing his duties, this contract will be
considered terminated/cancelled.
