1. In order to value and give recognition to the outstanding teaching and non-
teaching personnel and stakeholders who contributed ideas, innovations, programs
and projects for the benefit of the learners and celebrate the spirit of Christmas,
promote team building and bonding across the whole organization, this office
hereby announces the staging of the 2023 District Pasidungog and Christmas Party
which shall be held on December 15, 2023 at Wright National High School.
2. The activity aims to:
a. Value and give outstanding recognition and motivation of teaching and non-
teaching personnel and stakeholders who contributed ideas, innovations,
programs and projects for the benefit of the learners.
b. Establish pool of nominees for higher level search/recognition
c. Celebrate the spirit of Christmas and promote camaraderie and bonding
across the whole organization.
3. Participants to this events are:
a. Public Schools District Supervisor
b. Elementary & Secondary Teachers
c. All School Heads Both Elementary &Secondary
d. Non-teaching personnel
e. Awardees(Municipal Mayor, Vice Mayor, and other stakeholders)
4. The attire required for the participants are formal long dress/gown for the female
and formal attire for the male.
5. Expense incurred in this activity shall be charge against local funds, subject to
the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Immediate Dessimination of and compliance with this memorandum is highly
desired.

Greetings!
The DISTRICT ELITE PRAISE and CHRISTMAS PARTY of Wright I District
will take place on December 15, 2023 at the Wright National High School
Quadrangle in Paranas, Samar. The host Schools WNHS, Pabanog, San Isidro,
Cantao-an & Pagsaogan ES, are looking forward to hosting this once-in-a-lifetime
event.
Along with the notable stakeholders who will be attending the event, the
participants in the aforementioned activity consist of 336 employees from the
Wright I District, both teaching and non-teaching personnel.
Regarding this, we would like to request a permit in your good office to allow
us conduct this memorable occasion and expense incurred in this activity shall be
charge against local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
