HANDLE OPERATION TEAMS WORKS ON SHIFTS FOR PLANT UTILITIES COMMISSIONING WORK WHICH
INCLUDED:
+ Planning the activities regularly provided to All equipment to ensure the discharging of system to follow the
environment standard.
+ To ensure the system with sufficient inventory for continuous operation.
+ Plan to ensure the specification of inventory had been met to the requirement for ETP system to be operated as per

COMMISSIONING WORK FOR UTILITIES PLANTS

1. Commissioning of STGs, GTGs, Boilers, FGDs, Synchronization.
2. Commissioning of Fuel gas, fuel oil, cooling water, Seawater, Nitrogen Generation package, Service water,
Demineralized Water.
 Supervise and manage the Operation team to support and assist the EPC contractor to initial running of equipment
and testing the system to ensure it had been installed as per design.
3. Plant air and instrument air system commissioning work.
 Support and assists the EPC contractor to initial running of equipment and testing the system to ensure it had been
installed as per design.
OPERATION TRAINING
+ Attend the training course for OCT (Operation Core Team) as Deputy Section Manager (08 months).

+ Review the Commissioning schedule for unit 1 as per submission from contractor.
+ Site safety auditing work for EHS plan to conduct supervise the contractor’s improvement the safety,

+ Verify that the quality related site activities of the EPC contractors are in accordance with the contract
documents, approved site inspection and test plan, applicable codes and standards.

+ Monitor and control the suitability of measuring and test equipment at site.
+ Review and approve WPP & ITP for Mechanical and Electrical equipment including piping, pumps,
