GE N E RAL RE S P O NSIBI LI TIES
We are seeking a Social Project Assistant to support our organization’s needs in Training &
Capacity Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting planning,
coordination, and monitoring the implementation of training and capacity development
program based on client’s needs to strengthen client’s organization capacity to achieve
strategic, social, and sustainability goals.

S C O P E O F W O RK
The Social Project Assistant (Training & Capacity Development) will be responsible for the
following tasks:
• Assist Social Development Specialist in identifying external client’s needs for training and
capacity building through research and consultation
• Assist in designing training modules and curriculum tailored to the client’s specific needs
• Assist in organizing and facilitating training for external clients in person or virtually.
• Assist in assessing the effectiveness and impact of training programs, and in compiling
reports on the results.
• Provide technical support and mentoring for strategy implementation.
• Assist in managing the management of capacity building and training activities such as
budget management, training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth running of
activities.
• Collaborate with external counterparts to support training and capacity building programs.

RE Q U I RE D Q U AL I F I C ATI ONS
• Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or related major
• Minimum 1 year experience in training or capacity building
• Skillful in communicating, facilitating, and project management
• Have sound knowledge of training needs assessment and social research
• Fluent in English for professional purposes
