(EVENING & WEEKEND PROGRAMMES) FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into HND (Full-Time),
ND Part-Time (Evening & Weekend Programmes) of the Federal Polytechnic Ede for the
2024/2025 Academic Session in the following courses.

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION


1. Applicants should visit the Polytechnic website to fill appropriate information on the
application form. An Applicant is to ensure proper arrangements of names, address,
Examination grades, Industrial training date (I.T), Jamb Registration number and other
relevant information.
2. Applicants are advised to provide correct and functional E-mail and Telephone
(WHATSAPP) numbers while filling forms online
3. Applicants for HND must possess a National Diploma (ND) in the same discipline with a
minimum of Lower Credit obtained from an NBTE Accredited Programme/Institution plus
a minimum of ONE YEAR POST National Diploma Industrial Attachment/Work
Experience in the field of specialization. However, in exceptional cases, candidates with
Pass Grade in the National Diploma with minimum of two (2) Years Post National Diploma
Industrial Attachment/Work Experience may be considered.
4. Applicants for admission into Part-Time National Diploma (ND) programmes will be
required to have a minimum of five O/Level Credits in relevant subjects at SSCE, GCE,
NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
5. CREDIT PASSES IN MATHEMATICS AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARE
COMPULSORY FOR ALL APPLICANTS SEEKING ADMISSION INTO ANY
PROGRAMME IN THE POLYTECHNIC. IN ADDITION THE OTHER THREE
SUBJECTS MUST BE RELEVANT TO THE COURSE OF CHOICE.
6. TO APPLY ONLINE FOR PART-TIME NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES
(Evening & Weekends), CANDIDATES ARE TO FIRST LOG IN TO
CAPS@jamb.gov.ng AND COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
7. ALL PART-TIME APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED TO PURCHASE THE JAMB PART-
TIME APPLICATION FORMS BECAUSE IT IS COMPULSORY.
8. NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO NYSC MOBILIZATION FOR PART-TIME AND
EVENING PART-TIME PROGRAMS.
9. Federal Polytechnic Ede will not be liable for any wrong information submitted by the
Applicants.
10. There would not be rooms for change of course after the payment of acceptance fees.
QUALIFYING EXAMINATIONS
 There shall be a qualifying examinations for all Applicants and the date will be announced
later.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS
Application forms for HND FULL-TIME & ND Part-Time Programmes attract Fifteen Thousand
(N15, 000.00) only.

DIPLOMA (FULL-TIME) PROGRAMMES OF THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EDE
FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all Candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Ede as their first choice in the
2024/2025 UTME and scored 120 and above that they are eligible to apply for Post UTME
screening exercise.

Interested candidates are required to visit the Polytechnic website www.federalpolyede.edu.ng for
details.
Application forms which attract N2, 000.00 (Two thousand naira) only and detailed information
about the programmes entry requirement, mode of payment, and registration are available on-line
at www.federalpolyede.edu.ng.
Payment will be effected using any Remita payment method ( Mastercard, Bank Payment, Online
Payment, Internet Banking, ATM, Remita App etc)
