COM: 9600 baud, no parity, 8 data bit, 1 stop bit

Compliant with MODBUS RTU; functions supported: 03 – Read Holding Registers and 04 – Read Input Registers.
Data type: 2 registers makes a float IEEE 754 in the form CDAB where A is the most significant byte of the float and D is the less significant byte of the float (swapped
float).
