Job Location: Kalina, Mumbai Zone: West

Key Responsibilities:

 Project planning, scope and deliverables. Identify and manage risks and issues.
 Ability to communicate with department heads and keeping them updated about project progress
 Create and maintain documentation
 Ability to gather user requirement crisply and lucidly. Sanity check of requirements to prevent change request
immediately to optimize cost
 Nudging users to submit test scenarios with must-haves to go-live and nice-to-have distinction along with
requirements or before UAT delivery
 Sanity check of solution or approach before communicating to the stakeholders
 Close Co-ordination between user group and Tech team to complete UAT without cost or time over-run or
undesired friction
 To stick to delivery schedule and to nudge stakeholders to stick to delivery schedule
 To anticipate delays and to keep all stakeholders informed well in advance
 To escalate judiciously with crisp reasons and clear action request from the concerned person
 To ensure business/functional team and Technology Team are on same page for the change request/Project
 Revise the plan holistically and check impact carefully before releasing revised Project Plan due to scope creep for
whatsoever reason
 Ability to anticipate audit requirements and keeping documentation complete to prevent audit observations in
future

Desired Skills:

 Proficient in project management software and tools.


 Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
 Solution oriented thinking and good problem solving skills
 Ability to co-ordinate within IT team and with business/functional teams with positive mind-set to deliver
solutions
 Good documentation skills i.e. periodic status reports, project or change request tracking
