RESOLUTION NO. 21 S-2024

“A SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK CHAIRPERSON


HON. RAFAEL A. CANONOY AND SK TEASURER MARK CHESTER ABRUGAR TO
WITHDRAW AND ENCASH THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(PHP 54,000.00) WITH CHECK NO. 0004563336 ONLY AT THE LANDBANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES TACLOBAN BRANCH PAYMENT FOR BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
REFEREE

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council agreed during the deliberation of the SK
Council monthly Regular meeting/session to Withdraw/Encash the amount of Fifty Four
Thousand Pesos only (Php 54,000.00) with Check No. 0004563336 Payment for Basketball
Tournament Referee

WHEREAS, funds will be taken from the 10% SK fund under General Fund, 2023;

WHEREAS, Hon. Cyril P. Cadion Committee on Budget Monitoring and Finance agreed to
withdraw and encash the said amount;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED to AUTHORIZED THE SK CHAIRPERSON HON.


RAFAEL A. CANONOY AND SK TEASURER MARK CHESTER ABRUGAR TO WITHDRAW
AND ENCASH THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 54,000.00)
WITH CHECK NO. 0004563336 ONLY AT THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES TACLOBAN
BRANCH PAYMENT FOR BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT REFEREE
RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies of this resolution to the City Mayor, City Accounting
Office, Department of the Local Government, and all the other government agencies concerned
for their information and reference.
