At the end of the lesson the students are expected to:
1. Distingushed aerobic from muscle and bone strengthening activities
2. Define aerobic, muscle strengthening and bone strengthening exercise
3. Discuss health benefits in participating in different aerobic, muscle strengthening and bone
strengthening exercise

2. Motivation
The teacher will show a video presentation of different exercises and students will
perfom it.
B. Presentation
1. Three types of Fitness Exercise
2. Definition of Aerobic, Anaerobic and Flexibility Exercise
3. Benefits of Aerobic, Anaerobic and Flexibility Exercise
C. Generalization
a) The teacher will ask questions related to the topic.
b) The student will share what they learned about the discussion.
D. Application
a) The student will be assigned to do a basic exercise related to the topic being
discussed.

The teacher will let the sudents list down some activities they usually do at home as to Aerobic,
muscle strengthening and bone strengthening activities.
