PRACTICAL-3

OBJECTIVE-To apply data consolidation in spreadsheet using libreoffice calc.

PROCEDURE-Lauch libreoffice calc and create new document of spreadsheet .

Step -2-Create 3 sheets that would contain our data.rename them as 2020,2021 and
dc respectively
Now after you have your sheets,fill the sales of each car in each year in some
particular months as shown below.

Now for year 2021,

STEP-3-In dc sheet , fill the row headings and the column headings similar to
the prevoius sheets.

After filling the headings , first select the range of cells in which you will
consolidate data and go in the data menu and select the option consolidate as
shown below.

STEP-4- After receiving the pop up of consolidate , you have to select the
consolidation ranges from the two sheets created.

After that select the function you wanna apply and than click ok .

RESULT-We have successfully applied data consolidation in a sheet of calc.
