postgraduate degree, I possess extensive experience in
providing program management support to my
organization, with a keen focus on People Management
and various projects, such as child protection, Livelihood,

operationalization of the gender attitude change
program in all the Government Schools of Rajasthan.

• Disaster Management / Humanitarian Response: I


am a Disaster specialist and in the field since 2000 till
date , have responded to some of the major Disasters
in the country. I have the experience of Working with
Partners in rapid assessment, handling logistics for
distribution of Relief items to victims, Rehabilitation,
as well as on mitigation programs. In 2020 I was
awarded by Labour Commissioner for the Covid relief
response in Northern India .
KEY SKILLS.
• Human Resource Management ( HR): Scheduled
candidate and conducted direct interviews and via
telephonic conversation. Recruited over 300
candidates in various position. Mentored new
recruits providing onboarding orientation, and
conducted group and individual training sessions.
Structured and implemented programs and policies
in the area of training, compensation structure,
incentives and onboard orientation saving
organizations cost. Played an integral role in the
organizations restructuring process. Implemented
new employee referral program reducing the cost of
hire. Investigated associate complaints and charges

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Developed Monitoring &


Evaluation systems involving qualitative and
quantitative measures to track activities, training and

document project processes, activities, results,
