GYPSUM BOARD CEILINGS Dimensions

System components
CHANNEL is considered one of the most important pieces of iron used in the
structure .. And from its name we know that it bears the pressure and weight of
gypsum board, and therefore it must be of good thickness

OMEGA (furring channel) is the piece on which the gypsum board is fixed ...
and it is fixed to the (channel) by means of wire clips with a distance between
the piece and the other 60 cm .. and since the gypsum board is fixed with
special screws, the omega must be of excellent quality and size 5.5 or 6 cm

CORNER (Angel) is L-shaped and fixed to the wall .. It also has other uses in
fixing decorative drawings, as it is fixed on the wall using screws + 6 mm plastic
flasher, and then the omega is fixed to it by special small screws ..

ROD is a piece of iron 6 mm thick like a screw, its


length is 3 meters .. and by means of which the
descending and ascending to the ceiling are controlled.

Copper Fisher is used to fix the (Rod) to the concrete ceiling


... where the wall is perforated with a drill and a feather of 8
mm, then the flasher is inserted into the hole .. and it is
knocked with a special tool in order to open and fix it inside
and then install the (rod) with it ... and the distance between
the rad and the other .. is not more than 70 cm maximum
C Clips is a piece of iron that
resembles the letter C in English,
hence its name ... and it is the
one that bears and fixes (Channel
bracket). .
Wire clips is a wire in a specific
form, flexible,.. It is used to fix
(Omega) with (Channel) and it is
recommended to always choose
the good type and stay away from
the Chinese.
