The maximum number of useable hosts with a class C are 2^8 = 256 -2 = 254

The number of networks in class B are 2^14 = 16384
6. How many hosts can each Class B network have?
The number of Hosts in Class B are 2^16 = 65,536 – 2 = 65,534
