Recommendations

• Parental counseling and guidance regarding diagnostic condition.

• Early intervention should be given which includes physical therapy, speech, and social skill
training and this helps in each of the four main areas of development: gross motor and fine
motor skills, language, social development, and self-help skills..
• Provide regular speech therapy to enhance speech
• Sensory Integration Therapy and Occupational Therapy for his sensory issues.
• Play therapy and role paly may enhance his socialization
• Need special education session to develop functional and personal skills.
• Behavior Modification Plan for undesirable behavior. Positive reinforcement is a much better
method than anything punitive.
• Contingency management i.e. whenever he makes desired verbal behavior he should be
positively rewarded and reward should be withheld when behavior is not followed.
• Direct instruction in short periods of time along with smaller chunks of activities will help to
support learning.
• Train for the household responsibility, where he can manage himself.

Concentration building
• Window activity
• Flower and animals activity
• Similar flower sorting activity
• Brain gym activity (zig - zag, copy different style patterns, raise the hands alphabet
activity, find the months and week days name in puzzle, color cancelation, find the dot
and arrow activity, read the color)
