Tennancy Agreement
This Agreement of Tenancy is made at Karachi on this ____ day of October, 2024.
BETWEEN:
Mr.Muhammad Ibrahim S/o. Muhammad Tariq , holding NIC # 31303-1494669-3,
Muslim, adult, resident of HOUSE NO 3, SECTOR NO 16, JINNAH PARK RAHIM
YAR KHAN, ZILLA RAHIM YAR KHAN, hereinafter called as the LESSOR (Owner)
or Party of the First Part.
AND
Mr.Muhammad Tariq S/o. Abdul Majeed, holding NIC No.31303-2428390-3,
Muslim, adult, resident of HOUSE NO 3, GALI NO.16 MASJID AL-KHIZRA WALI,
JINNAH PARK RAHIM YAR KHAN hereinafter called as the LESSEE (Tenant) or
Party of the Second Part.
(Both expressions shall wherever the context so permits, shall mean and include their
legal, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns).
WITNESSETH AS UNDER:
WHEREAS the LESSOR (1 st Party) is the sole and absolute Owner of HOUSE NO.L-1,
SECTOR 5-L, NORTH KARACHI, KARACHI, hereinafter called the SAID
PREMISES.
AND WHEREAS the LESSOR (Owner) has agreed to let out the said premises, to the
above named LESSEE (Tenant) on monthly rent of Rs.________________ /- (Rupees
____________Only) per month, on the following terms and conditions:
1) That the LESSEE (Tenant) has deposited a sum of Rs._________ /- (Rupees
_____________Only) to the LESSOR (Owner) as FIXED SECURITY
DEPOSIT money, refundable to the LESSEE (Tenant) at the time of entire
vacation and handing over vacant peaceful possession of the said premises
(without interest) after deducting dues, damages, charges, if any.

2) That The LESSOR (Owner) has handed over the vacant peaceful possession of
the said premises to the LESSEE (Tenant) with necessary fittings fixtures etc., on
____ day of September 2024, hence this agreement of Tenancy shall come into
force with effect from the above mentioned date, and shall be valid for ELEVEN
(11) MONTHS only.
3) That the LESSEE (Tenant) shall use the said premises for his own Purpose only
and shall not sub-let the said premises to any other person(s).
4) That the LESSEE (Tenant) would pay the Electric bills according to the Separate
meter reading, etc., directly to the concerned authorities or to the Owner, (the paid
copies of said utilities bills will be provided by the tenant to the Owner in every
month), and the LESSOR (Owner) shall pay only Property Tax, from his own
sources and expenses.
5) That the LESSEE (Tenant) shall pay the monthly rent to the LESSOR (Owner)
25 th day of each month in advance according to the English Calender.
6) That the LESSEE (Tenant) shall not make any alteration, addition etc., of any
kind in the said premises, any damage to fittings & fixtures etc., would be payable
by the LESSEE (Tenant) at full cost.
7) That the LESSEE (Tenant) will not store any inflammable, combustible,
explosives & contraband items, in the said premises and/or any part/portion
thereof under any circumstances, also the Tenant shall not be involved in any
political and illegal activities.
8) That if the LESSOR (Owner) wants to get the said premises vacated from the
LESSEE (Tenant), then he will have to give ONE MONTH’S NOTICE to the
LESSEE (Tenant) or Vice-Versa.
9) That the LESSEE (Tenant)will be ejected from the said premises if he fails to pay
the monthly rent for continuously three (3) months on the notice of FIFTEEN
DAYS from the LESSOR (Owner).

SECTOR 5-L, NORTH KARACHI, KARACHI, as per terms and conditions laid down
in the Agreement of Tenancy, executed on _____________ 2024.
