Absotively- (adv) a combination of absolutely and positively


- I will absotively visit her this afternoon.

Ace- (adj or v) to be very good at something and to easily pass a test/exam


- I aced the English exam.

Adorkable- (adj) unfashionable or socially awkward in a way regarded as appealing or cute or equally
adorable and dorky
- This dress looks adorkable on her.

Blues- (n) a feeling of sadness, or depression


- I got the blues and I feel terrible.

Bug out- (v) to escape, to get away


- If you see your enemies, bug out and report to your leader.

Chatterbox- (n) a person who talks A LOT


- My classmate is such a chatterbox!

Chillax- (v) to chill out/to relax and hang out with friends.
- Just chillax, think about the good stuff.

Coincadink-(n) a coincidence.
- What a coincadink!

Collywobbles-(n) a feeling of butterflies in your stomach.


- I get the collywobbles when something bad is going to happen.

Confuzzled- (adj) a combination between being confused and puzzled.


- I am so confuzzed right now with this new episode.

Couch potato- (n) a lazy person.


- Don’t be a couch potato, get up so we can walk.

Creep- (n) a weird/ strange person.


- That thing is a creep to me.

Doodle- (v) a quick drawing.


- I like to doodle sometimes when I get bored.

Dull- (adj) something boring.


- That wall has a dull color.

Egghead- (n) slang for smart people.
- Albert Einstein was more like an egghead when he thinks professionally.

Epic- (adj) awesome.


- That was the most epic topic for our project.

Errorist- (n) someone who repeatedly makes mistakes or is always wrong.


- Bob’s classmates would call him the errorist because he always makes silly mistakes.

Fantabulous- (adj) a combination of fabulous and fantastic.


- He looks fantabulous with his new shirt on.

Flabbergasted- (v) to surprise (someone) greatly; astonish.


- I was so flabbergasted when I saw the ending of the movie.

Flapdoodle- (n) nonsense.


- My grandpa would say, “Stop all the flapdoodle!”

Frenemy- (n) a combination between a friend and enemy. A person with whom one is friendly despite a
fundamental dislike or rivalry.
- Lola and Kristy are sometimes frienemies.

Ginormous- (adj) a combination between enormous and gigantic


- The haircut magically makes your ginormous head look smaller, making hats seem bigger.

Goof off- (v) to be silly.


Dave, stop goofing off, this is getting serious!

Heebie jeebies- (n) a feeling of fear, anxiety or nervousness/ when you feel a shiver up to your spine
Just the thought of it is starting to give me the heebie-jeebies.

Huggle- (v) a cross between a hug and a snuggle.

- When I feel jittery, my hands start to shake uncontrollably.

Meltdown- (n) a massive problem or disaster.


For me, having a meltdown was seriously out of the question.

Newbie- (n) someone new to something.


He doesn't know how to do this yet, he a newbie.

Pooped- (v) exhausted and tired


I’m so pooped from all the work we had.

Ridonkulous- (adj) something ridiculous


I look ridonkulous in this dress!

Ritzy- (adj) expensive and luxurious


Living in a ritzy mansion would be my fantasy.

Shades- (n) sunglasses


Put on your shades so the sun won’t bother your eyes.

Smog- (n) a combination between smoke and fog.


Smog causes plants to die.

Spork- (n) a spoon-shaped eating utensil with short tines at the tip of a fork.
He brought a spork to school, and in case you don't know, a spork is a highly evolved
utensil, half spoon, half fork, all action, especially for Cub Scouts who camp.

Tad- (adv) slightly, a little


He seems a tad confused on the subject.

Texpectation- (n) the anticipation felt when waiting for a response from a text or an expectation for a
text,
I’m always having a textpectation when talking to my friends.

Veg out- (v) to do nothing


"I think when you've been in school all day, you want to come home and veg out,"

Wacko- (adj) wacky, insane, mad/crazy.


His invention has gotten completely wacko.

Weirdo- (n) a weird or strange person.


People think Jack's a weirdo, but he's really a nice guy.

Wonderlishous- (adj) a combination between wonderful and delicious.


This cake tastes wonderlishous!

Woot- (interjection) exclamation of joy or excitement.


I’m going to the United States to see my friends! Woot! Woot!

Zapped- (v) to be amazed


Doctors and animal rescuers always zapped me by doing their jobs.
