Course Rationale :The students will be recognized by the end of its course that the mathematics is based on relatively few
basic concepts and involves powerful unifying principles. The course provides a firm grasp on the interrelations among
theory, computing and experimentation. It provides proficiency in differential calculus, integral calculus, vector calculus for
translating physical problems into a mathematical form by modeling appropriate partial differential equations. The solution
of the problems requires selection of a suitable numerical tool and graphical representation of the results for interpretation.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Every student is expected to be responsible for regularity of his/her attendance in class rooms and laboratories, to appear in
scheduled tests and examinations and fulfill all other tasks assigned to him/her in every course
In every course, student has to maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible for appearing in Semester end
examination of the course, for cases of medical issues and other unavoidable circumstances the students will be condoned if
