Introduction to YouTube Automation:
If you're aiming for success, stay committed and publish content regularly.
Don't fret if your channel doesn't grow popular instantly - it might take a
while, so focus on creating compelling material that viewers will love to watch.
In my opinion, this is the key component of becoming a successful YouTube
creator! If you can consistently create content that viewers watch for extended
periods of time, YouTube will begin to prefer your videos as they are likely to
keep users engaged on the platform. This is precisely what the website wants
and needs - if you're able give it to them, then success awaits!
Now let's dive into how one can build a successful channel.
4
While the tips in this handbook will help to expand your channel and meet
monetization goals, it may take a while. Even if you do everything right from
day one, organic growth won't be achieved overnight. If creating content is a
passion project of yours that isn't driven by urgency to commercialize
immediately, taking the long route can prove an enriching learning experience
along the way. Remember - success doesn't come instantaneously!
Once you have reached 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time, it's
almost time to apply for monetization - the waiting period is usually within a
month but may vary. So get ready to start earning!
Don't forget to reflect upon whether the channel you intend on purchasing
has a prominent persona. Subscribers may be dedicated to that person and/or
the content they offer, so if you modify the branding, face and material of this
5
channel it could alienate them as well as prompt YouTube into believing this
was an acquired channel.
Despite its risks, I still suggest securing a pre-monetised channel if you want to
reap the full rewards of building your channel early. For knowledgeable
customers who keep an eye out for red flags, this might be a smart investment
decision!
• How much are you making for every 1000 impressions? That's your Cost
per Mille or CPM. Your reach, level of engagement and geographical
location all play a part in influencing the amount you get paid through
this method.
• Evaluating a niche's competitiveness is essential; entering an
overcrowded market of the same content type can be less than ideal.
• When it comes to making money via your channel, the size of your
niche market will make a difference. Sponsored posts and other streams
of income depend on how large or small that market is!
Picking the right niche for you can often be a long, arduous process. You
might need to experiment with different topics until you land on one that
really speaks to your interests and keeps your attention. Below is my list of
suggested niches, to make it easier, I highlighted the niches with highest CPM
rates in red:
1: Horror
2: Movies
3: TV Shows
4: Tech
6
5: Listing Facts
6: Celebrities
7: Top 10s
8: Top 20s
9: Scary Stories
10: Motivation
11: Business & Business Motivation 12: Finance
13: Crypto News
14: Health
15: Drama
16: Sports
17: Fitness & Fitness Motivation 18: Beauty
19: Meditation
20: Whiteboard Animations
21: Cars
22: Gaming & Gaming News
23: Science
24: Toy reviews
25: Make Money Online
26: Real estate
27: NFT’s
28: Luxury Channels
29 Storytelling
30: Aviation
31: History
32: ASMR sounds
Educational material tends to achieve the highest Cost Per Mille (CPM),
whereas entertainment gets less CPM. Companies target viewers that are most
likely to purchase their product, so finance and business related content can
get a CMP of up to £20 USD for every 1000 impressions!
7
Other Languages
Unlock endless possibilities by crafting content in a variety of tongues! Think
about it - you can take English-language channels and recreate them with
other languages. To help make your decision, here's the top 25 nations ranked
according to YouTube views. With this information at hand, identify which
language could be the most beneficial for your business objectives.
8
Section 3: Branding your Channel for Success
Setting up your channel
Ready to make a YouTube channel? Then you need to focus on branding. Sure,
it might seem like an extra task – but the advantages are worth it! You’ll get
more active subscribers, a better viewer-to-subscriber ratio and even
opportunities for brand partnerships or sponsorships. Plus, you can use your
channel as a shopfront too if you want!
But what should you do when creating your own unique brand? Concentrate
on four key elements: logos/banners, video watermarks; intros and outros.
When done right, this vital step will help ensure that viewers know who's
behind the videos they love - so click here now for a great guide to setting up
your new YouTube Channel in style!
Logo/Banner
Allow your audience to make an informed decision by creating a logo and
banner that are visible from the get-go. It's wise to keep it uncomplicated,
such as text with your channel name on a vibrant background for an elegant
look. That should be enough!
Designing a logo and banner for free is simpler than ever with graphic design
platforms like Canva!
Video Watermark
Enhancing your brand identity is effortless with a video watermark feature.
This tool allows you to place an image in the corner of your film, yet it's often
overlooked. You have multiple options when deciding how and when to
display the logo - at any point during or after the start of the movie,
throughout its entirety or selected parts only! With this unique function
available, why not take advantage?
When selecting a video watermark, you have some choices. Some folks like to
put an image of their subscribe button encourage viewers to sign up. For the
most effective results, I strongly recommend using your logo as a video
watermark; it ensures brand familiarity and helps distinguish unique content.
9
To provide further details on how to create one, here is a link that takes you to
an informative tutorial clip!
Video Intro
The introduction of your video is the third, and most optional portion. This
depends heavily on your platform choice as well as how much you've been
able to gain the trust of your intended viewers. You may be recognized for a
unique intro or if it's vital that you give background knowledge before diving
in; otherwise some choose to get straight into their content. No matter what
route taken, make sure not to lose sight of why people are watching in the
first place!
Variation 2 – Get straight into the video without much introduction. Trend
Central does a great job at this.
Video Outro
Although the introduction is not mandatory, every video should end with an
outro. Keep it concise, just like a proper intro. Also make sure you include a
call to action in your conclusion; either asking them to "like," "comment," or
subscribe" to your videos and/or suggesting they watch some of your other
content will be very effective. Additionally, if you have regular uploading
schedule tell them that they can expect something from you soon - this
technique creates anticipation and keeps viewers engaged!
No matter what you decide to do, ensure that your audience has a compelling
reason to stay engaged with your content. To give you an example of how this
can be accomplished, take the following simple outro:
10
Outro Sample – Congratulations, you've reached the end of this video! If it
brought joy to your day and inspired a smile, don't forget to hit that subscribe
button for more amazing videos from (channel name). Many thanks for joining
us - we hope you enjoyed it.

Video Idea/Topic
To begin, it is vital to pick a video theme that will capture your target viewers'
attention. As you make your selection, ensure that the concept revolves
around your chosen niche and utilize the Venn diagram below as an
inspiration for possible topics. Make a list of all ideas that come to mind while
considering this chart - don't forget anything!
With a list of potential topics, now it's time to get into keyword research, so
you can evaluate whether there is any demand for them. Higher popularity
and search volume mean better chances that your video will be seen by
organic traffic sources. To maximize the possibility of gaining more viewers on
your channel, make sure to select a topic with high search potential! Search
views are essential in order to help jump start viewership on your channel and
see success quickly.

Video Type
For the most part I think the most effective video type for YouTube
automation has been voiceover videos over laid with stock footage. Here are
some of the advantages to this type of video:
To avoid these risks, below are a few of the things I like to do if I use
copyrighted material:
At times, all people seek is credit for the clips they have provided. Additionally,
there may be times when folks also need remuneration. Usually though,
individuals do not monitor who has used their videos. Despite this situation,
you ought to always make an effort to fulfil any demands that those whose
visuals are incorporated in your film might possess (or alternatively delete
them from your movie) previous to them taking action versus your account.
12
Video Production Components
I've listed out all the components you'll need to create your videos below. In
the following lesson, I will explain how to best procure these resources (free or
paid), but it's smart to begin considering them and devising a budget now!
- A video script/outline
- Sound equipment/A voice over of your script
- Editing Software/An editor to add stock footage to your voice over
- A camera/screen recorder (*Only if you plan to collect your own footage, not
necessary
for YouTube Automation)
This article will focus on YouTube automation and how to successfully achieve
these various components for the types of films that are easier to automate.
Therefore, I won't be discussing camera selection in great detail since
recording your own material would take up a lot of time which is not
necessary for many of these kinds of movies.
Video Length
When you're creating a successful video for YouTube, it's important to think
about the length of your video. It typically falls into one of three categories:
short-form videos, mid-length videos and long-form videos. Let me tell you
more about each option so that you can decide which is best for content
needs.
13
about shorts, proceed to module 10 because this is still a relatively new
phenomenon in the world of YouTube. Shorts are not covered in Module 4 at
this time.
You may have noticed that there isn't a section for videos exceeding 15
minutes in this guide. While longer videos can be profitable, the return on
investment (ROI) is often low due to expensive production costs and the
likelihood of losing viewers' attention. For these reasons, we chose not to
include lengthy video content as part of our YouTube automation advice.
If you are a beginner or have limited resources, I suggest beginning with films
that last 4-6 minutes. These types of videos will generate the most subscribers
and view time quickly at an economical cost. But if you want to make more
money through AdSense, aim for 8-15 minute long videos; they keep viewers
engaged while giving room for those valuable mid-roll advertisements!
Video Layout
As the final phase of creating YouTube videos, designing a consistent layout is
paramount. This can begin to be established during scriptwriting; however, it
will truly come together when you are in the editing process. To ensure
continuity throughout my channels' released videos, I always stick with one
14
uniform format - as seen below – which makes both my scriptwriters and
editors’ tasks simpler.
Teaser/Cliff-hanger:
Get your viewers pumped to watch the rest of the video with a cliff-hanger
about what's in store! Adding suspense will keep them on their toes and eager
to learn more.
Info:
In order to captivate and enthrall your audience, this script ought to be as
thrilling and stimulating as possible. Spice things up with interesting facts,
figures that make you think twice, or amusing jokes! Making a monotonous
script will just lead to an uninspiring video in the end.
Conclusion/Outro:
End your videos with a brief conclusion of around 30 seconds. Ask questions
that will make viewers think and engage, prompting them to share their
thoughts in the comments section beneath the video. Finally, sign off with an
outro!
15
Free
Script: If you are working with limited funds, I suggest writing your own
scripts. This can be done in any software available to write at your disposal;
but since you have a Google account associated with YouTube, selecting
Google Docs is the best choice as it's both free and simple to use!
Voiceover: If you are low on funds, the best way to go is by recording your
own scripts. A phone mic will do, but I would encourage buying a Blue
Snowball microphone for extra quality output. Audacity software can be used
as well and it makes a world of difference when comparing sound clarity!
Edit: To embark on your video editing journey, you'll need two essential
components: footage and software. Filming your own videos can be a time-
consuming process, so I highly recommend leveraging stock footages instead!
Don't forget to check out the list of amazing free video editing tools as well as
accessible stock footage/music websites that I’ve included below for all your
needs.

I strongly suggest WeVideo as the ultimate video editing software if you're

integrated stock film library that allows you to simply drag and drop your
desired footage in, it will save you so much time while being effortless to use!
Paid
When it comes to YouTube automation, leveraging the expertise of
professionals is typically always advisable. I favor engaging content creators
from freelance websites like Fiverr and Upwork. In case you're interested in
using freelancers for other projects, here's a list of my go-to websites:
The most expensive aspect of the content creation process is video editing
and script writing. It's crucial to realise that scripts may make or destroy a
video. One of the most essential criteria on YouTube is viewing time, thus
having an intriguing screenplay will encourage viewers to watch the video for
longer. Script writers are just as important as video editors, so don't skimp on
them.
Here are some simple templates I use when hiring content creators, feel free
to use the sametemplates. The yellow highlighted text is for you to
edit/change.

Section 6: Thumbnails (free or paid)
Why are thumbnails so important?
Your video’s thumbnail is its gateway. To increase impressions click-through
rate (CTR), your thumbnail must be striking, inviting, and pertinent to the
content of your video. It should stand out from all the other thumbnails vying
for attention and urge viewers to tap on it! Most viral videos typically have a
minimal CTR of 10%, however due to increased exposure this number can
drop over time; therefore it's essential that you strive for the highest possible
CTR.
Looking for a way to boost CTR? Keep an eye out for my secret tactic in the
upcoming module! For now, here are some cost-effective tips and tricks I
recommend to create compelling thumbnails:
Free
Generate vibrant thumbnails with Canva.com or Picmaker.com! Both provide
free templates to make attractive thumbnails, and you can even design your
own from the ground up if desired. Bear in mind copyright regulations when
creating these images - ensure that they are "transformative" by adding text,
shifting their orientation, or including additional elements on top of them for
protection against infringement claims.
If you're looking for an efficient and cost-free solution to edit your thumbnails,
Photoshop Online is the perfect tool. Otherwise, if this will become a regular
activity of yours, then getting a Photoshop license may be the wiser choice.
Check out https://www.onlinephotosoft.com/ to explore all your options!
Paid
When searching for a talented thumbnail artist, many people turn to Fiverr or
Upwork. You can expect an influx of applications when you post an open job
position; however, it is essential to note that the quality may differ between
20
freelancers. To ensure your needs are met, ask each applicant to showcase
their portfolio and produce a sample thumbnail. This will aid you in making
the most suitable selection among all applicants!
21
more impressive.
Not only do they
stand out, but
they're also easy
to create!
Besides animated thumbnails, there are numerous other options available; yet
these may be hard to create and costly to hire professionals for.
I suggest selecting one style and standing by it - this could make thumbnails a
signature part of your brand. Your videos will be more recognizable to viewers
if you stay consistent. While two styles, such as split screen and fullscreen
thumbnails can co-exist nicely, mixing multiple thumbnail types across
different media might cause CTR rates to fall. Why? Because people become
familiar with your content when they see it often; any abnormal changes may
seem strange or unfamiliar in comparison.
22
- The right way to use tags
- How to Speed Up Views from the Browse Feature
Keyword Research
If you're a nascent YouTuber hoping to rank for a keyword already targeted by
an established channel with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, it's unlikely
that success will be achieved. YouTube favours larger channels and their
algorithms, so in order to even the playing field and improve chances at
ranking high on search engine result pages (SERPs), focus attention towards
refining video subjects into specific areas people are looking for solutions or
answers. Take some time conducting research; input related topics into
Google or YouTube search fields and determine which keywords present low-
competition opportunities not typically employed by bigger networks.
Research competition:
Pinpointing the correct keywords for your video is essential, but it's just as
important to evaluate their strength. Tubebuddy should be utilized here,
offering a step-by-step guide that will ensure you pick the optimal set of
words possible. By following these steps and selecting more impactful search
terms, your content has the potential reach its fullest potential!
23
1. Make sure to install the Tube Buddy extension on your browser, and I
urge you to get the Pro plan - it's £9 a month! After that, just check out
the Explore Keywords feature and start boosting up your YouTube
channel.
2. Carefully type in your keywords and make sure to select only those with
a keyword difficulty score of 60 or above.
3. To boost your visibility, make sure to incorporate these essential
keywords into your tags.
If you suspect your thumbnail is the culprit, test out a different one! That's
what A/B testing is for. However, it's essential to get this aspect right as even
an attractive thumbnail cannot do much if YouTube isn't promoting your video
to its intended audience. So before randomly substituting thumbnails just
because of changing them, take some time and consider whether doing so
would really be beneficial or not.

Tesla Cybertruck Is Genius, And
Elon musk cybertruck
Here’s Why
Optimised Descriptions
Once you have put together your video title, you can work on your video
description! Here is a step-by-step process for creating an effective
description:
- CyberTruck
- CyberTruck features
- All-electric pickup truck
- EV trucks
- Tesla CyberTruck
Step 2:At the top of your video description, include your title to aid in
YouTube ranking. Then use 5-10 words and write out a persuasive description
for maximum viewer engagement. For example, when promoting the Tesla
25
Cybertruck launch event: "Witness Elon Musk's historic reveal of Tesla’s cutting
edge Cybertruck – be among the first to experience this revolutionary EV!"
Description: (Example from an existing video with some changes)
The time has come for a revolutionary, groundbreaking vehicle: the 2021 Tesla
Cybertruck! This angular all-electric pickup truck made quite an impact when it
was released in November of 2019. It's obvious that this EV truck is designed
to be one of the best on the market right now and into the future with its
stunning glass features, sophisticated interior design, supreme range
capabilities, and remarkable towing power. Let me take you through why I
believe that Tesla's Cybertruck is such a genius idea.
26
− Maximize your video content's reach by adding end screens to each clip,
allowing you to convert viewers from one piece of content into supporters for
the rest.
Videos 1-5: Module 7 is your go-to resource for constructing SEO and Viral
content that will reach the masses! Follow its steps to construct engaging,
sharable content.
Videos 6-20: After you have uploaded your first five videos, review them to
evaluate what is effective and what needs improvement. Analyse each video's
click-through rate (CTR) and watch time to determine how you can improve
these metrics for the upcoming ten videos. By doing so, you will be able to
adhere to SEO/viral content strategies while creating better quality clips.
Videos 21-30: To keep up the momentum, utilize the viral SEO/viral content
approach. After your channel gains some traction from the 10 videos you've
made so far, begin to employ more competitive keywords for higher ranking
and visibility amongst channels with greater subscribers and views - letting
more people discover your video!
27
Section 9: Taking your channel to the next
stage
After 30 videos, have you noticed that your channel is still not performing as
you had anticipated? If so, it could be time to rethink the niche and content.
It's possible that there isn't very large of an audience for the topic you chose
or perhaps the material hasn’t been able to compete with other channels in
same category resulting in less viewership.
Don't let this discourage you; stay determined to keep learning and
progressing. Go through module 7 again, and take a close look at your
channel to identify any potential gaps.
Before you upload any more videos past your first thirty, carefully examine
which ones have been the most successful on your channel. Then make sure to
abide by the '80/20 rule' - that is, post a viral video every fourth clip for
maximum impact.
A successful viral video is one that has surpassed all of your other videos on
the same channel. By inspecting these clips and pinpointing a similar format or
theme, you can double down and produce more content like this every fourth
video. This gives you room to explore new ideas while cashing in on the ones
that have already succeeded with viewers. If you want to propel your channel
forward, it's essential to incorporate content that works best for your
audience!
In the upcoming module, we'll take a close look at some case studies to see
how these channels employed all of the strategies outlined in this guide to
generate millions of views on monthly basis.
28
Section 10: Shorts
In this module, we'll explore how Shorts can be a powerful tool for driving
traffic to your channel and exponentially growing views. YouTube Shorts is an
incredible platform that allows you to upload videos with a maximum length
of 60 seconds—making it easy to create engaging content!
Shorts Title
- Captivate readers with a concise and memorable title. Ensure your headline
stands out from the crowd and is easily identifiable!
- When creating and uploading short videos, you may choose to include the
hashtag "#shorts" in your video title; however, this is not a requirement.
- For optimal results, create a content schedule that posts 3-5 shorts per day
on your channel. Posting too frequently can give off the wrong impression and
prevent YouTube from promoting it to relevant audiences.
- Video aspect ratio is a crucial factor when shooting films. Whether you're
creating HD content or aspiring to 4K quality, the perfect video aspect ratio for
shorts should be 1080 x 1920 and 2160 x 3840 respectively. Most of the time
shorts are viewed on phone therefore have a different aspect ratio.
• Here is a great tool that you can use to download TikToks, just insert a
video link: https://ssstik.io/en
29
For a fast-track to success, repurposing your TikToks into shorts is the most
straightforward way. Try it out and watch your growth skyrocket!
Monetizing Shorts
YouTube has just launched the Shorts Creator Fund, a £100 million
commitment to rewarding creators for their inspiring and inventive shorts that
captivate the YouTube audience. While earning money through AdSense is
possible with shorts, it isn't lucrative. Therefore, if you're looking to make big
bucks from your shorts channel then here's how: (not related to the Shorts
Fund).
Community posting
By having a fellow community member promote an associated channel, you
can achieve this. Invite your viewers to explore the other channels and ask for
payment of £10-£200 depending on the audience size in exchange for a
shoutout or advertising space. Browse through smaller content providers
within your industry to see if they're interested in being promoted!
Affiliate marketing
Maximize your profits with integrated video marketing by including affiliate
products in your videos! Uploading shorts is a great way to earn a lot of
money without breaking the bank.
Check out these successful case studies of prolonged channels! These are our
personal opinions, but hopefully they will provide a great understanding as to
why these networks have been so prosperous. Remember that your views may
vary - yet this should give you an idea of the potential behind each channel!
