Chapter I
Executive Summary

The business offers drinkware with distinctive color-changing stickers that

customers can choose from a variety of pre-designed sticker themes or their own

designs for the drinking glasses. The maximum allowed per glass is one large, three to

four small, and five-letter stickers. Additional stickers must be purchased. The company

uses its products and marketing initiatives to support and raise awareness of the

LGBTQ+ community. The corporation may soon join with an LGBTQ+ organization and

donate a portion of its income to assist LGBTQ+ causes, which would not only help the

company gain goodwill but would also be in line with its social responsibility objectives.

Teenagers and adults (of any gender) who are 15 and older are the company's ideal

clients. According to the business, the color-changing drinking glass competes with the

custom color-changing mug in the market. The sticker on the personalized mug

changes colors only when hot water is in it. On the other hand, the drinking glass with

color-changing stickers only works with cold liquids. The color-changing drinking glass

differs from other drinking glasses available on the market in that buyers can select a

design from those offered by the manufacturer, each sticker designed aesthetically and

meaningful for the customers. The company owners will promote their support of the

LGBTQ+ community through their products. The color-changing stickers will reflect the

six hues of the LGBTQ+ flag. All ten partners oversee the business. With previous

ventures, the partners were actively involved and hands-on. They hope to promote

respect and equality for all individuals, regardless of gender, through the product with

their contributions and methodology. After selling 500 units, the company hopes to
reach roughly 38,000 Pesos, which it will then use to resupply the supplies it needs to

produce more as well enhance some services, product designs, and the product itself.

Through revenue and customer feedback, business owners may continually tweak their

products to better meet the needs and wishes of their clientele. That will draw in more

clients and, if possible, increase sales by raising the price. Entrepreneurs can

continuously make product improvements that cater to customers' wants and needs,

which will draw in more clients and, if possible, increase the price of the product,

increasing profitability.

Products & Services

A. Your company’s products or services

The company sells a drinking glass with a sticker that changes color for cold

drinks. Because customers can pick which stickers go on the glass, the company's

product can be personalized or customized. The business owners will offer their own

assortments of stickers for the clients to select from, but if they want their own design to

appear on the glass, they can also create their own design and customize. Both a

physical location and an online store are provided by the company. When clients

purchase in-person, they will have a waiting area and the opportunity to watch the

customization of their glasses. Additionally, the customers will receive free goods like a

reusable bag for the packaging and a straw for the glass. When it comes to online

retailers, the main form of communication between the seller and the buyer is through

online chats. The company will show a photo of the product before shipping. The

businesses will collaborate through the two online marketplaces, Shopee and Lazada,

as well as other courier services like J&T and LBC express. Given that Shopee and

Lazada are extremely well-liked by people of all ages and genders, this makes the

business more accessible to many people. With regards to the raw materials, the

business and the suppliers will have an agreement on the monthly delivery of all goods.

Opportunity Screening Matrix

The total score of the Prisma Sip product is 66. There are two very high ratings, three

high ratings, five average ratings, and no low or very low ratings. The resources

required criteria has a rating of 3, while the risk criteria has a rating of 2. The opportunity

has a low possibility of loss. However, there is also a low possibility of attaining very

high success. Still, the opportunity is an average opportunity that is still reasonable for

the company to pursue.

Risk-Return Grid
The Prisma Sip product has a low risk and medium return. The product has Low risk

because the raw materials that are used to make it is perfect for making the Prisma Sip.

The glass used to make the Prisma Sip is thin enough to make the stickers feel the

temperature. The Vinyl paper that the entrepreneur used is just right to make the

product more attractive. The packaging that will be used protects the product and is

eye-catching as well. The product is Medium Return because some of the target

audience may not be pursued to buy the product.

When it comes to suppliers it is low risk because the company’s suppliers are trusted.

B. The problem the product or service solve

The product spreads awareness to consumers while serving as a stylish drinking

glass. The product is designed to bring awareness to causes such as LGBTQ+

community issues. Today, there are problems, such as discrimination and bullying, that

people want to spread awareness of. The customizability of the product lends itself well

to supporting multiple causes and tackling issues. The glass used would be modeled in

3D to determine the design of the product to create a distinct and appealing style that

makes it stand out from the crowd, which draws attention to the sticker design.

C. Any unique features that give you a competitive advantage:

The product can be customized live by the personnel, so the customer can be

attracted and engaged in the process of customizing their glasses. The product also has

D. How you will price your product or service

The prices of each material per piece will be Drinking Glasses: 39 Pesos, White

Vinyl Paper: 10 Pesos, Color Changing Vinyl Paper: 33 Pesos, Glass Straw: 15 Pesos,

Box: 8 Pesos, Bag 7 Pesos, Sticker and Paper Filler 8 Pesos. Since the company will

be using their own printer, there’s no need to go to other shops. The price of the printing

and service for the customers will be 10 – 20 Pesos depending on the client.

With these materials, it will result in creating a new yet familiar experience, using

the color changing feature of the glass. Which can show that the product will be a mid-
range type of product. In mid-range companies that sell drinking glasses, the price they

set is around 50 – 100 pesos. That will be a good way to base the price of the

company’s product.

The price that the company wanted was about 200 pesos below, but that may be

too expensive for the customers. Instead, the aim price will be 150 - 200 pesos to

provide them with a budget personalized drinking glass. It will be a good strategy to

attract customers. Additionally, any added stickers that surpass the maximum numbers

of stickers per glass will have an additional cost. A standard number of stickers will have

a fixed price but if the consumer wants more stickers and more complex designs, the

entrepreneurs will provide quotations as to the cause of the product.

Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. In this case, the company will buy more raw

materials and add them to its inventory. Two months in advance is the lead time for

materials.

The raw materials needed for the product are:

 White Vinyl paper

 Soda glass

 Glass straw

 Box for packaging

 Bag for handling

E. Location, Facilities, or Proposed location

The business's location is in Marilao, Bulacan, specifically at the Metrogem Commercial

Building. This is a good location since the building is located at the heart of the

commercial area of Moldex Realty. It is also close to the local public market, a

transportation terminal, a church, and a barangay hall. The operations will be conducted

in the building as it provides enough space to run an office and store efficiently. The

commercial building, constructed in 2020, is still in brand-new condition. The

establishment boasts 150 m² of land size, two floors, eight rooms, and 20 to 27 sqm per

room. It also provides ample parking with three spaces for customers and employees

alike.

cheap but high-quality products. Since this supplier is dependable and the

company has been operating since 1999

pc), cabinet (2 pcs), table for machine (1 pc), cutting table (2 pcs), computer

table and chair (2 pcs), normal chairs (6 pcs), and sofa for receiving (1 pc)

IKEA is the ideal option for business when it comes to purchasing furniture

because they have already established themselves as one of the reliable

stores for these products.

 Bee Happy Crafts

- Is located at Caloocan.
- Following supplier. They will also serve as the source for both regular (50

pcs) and color-changing vinyl sticker paper (138 pcs). The entrepreneurs will

also purchase a sublimation printer (1 pc), heat press (1 pc) and a cricut mug

MacBook’s, the Apple store is already a well-known establishment. They will buy
the laptops and iPads needed for the firm here because they are already well-

known on a worldwide scale.

Some companies experience a rapid delivery process, particularly when making

international purchases. The business owners will purchase a large number of stocks

even before the company is launched in order to reduce the likelihood of experiencing a

problem with a lack of supply. Even if the prior stocks are still available, the

entrepreneurs will continue to do this if the business is operating. This will prevent any

issues by giving the vendors plenty of time to send the products.

The glasses, packaging, and straws are the most important components. Even

though there is a small chance that the supplier of these items will experience issues, it

is still simple to find these items in any online retailer, including in Lazada and Shopee.

These are our two primary backups.

There is a good likelihood that the price of goods won't stay the same, primarily

due to inflation. To address this issue, the business owners will keep the stock level but

change the price of the goods.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Prisma Pop’s main goal is to spread awareness about the LGBTQ+ community

and help people who are afraid to “come out of the closet” to be comfortable with their

true selves. Many people have second thoughts when revealing their sexuality towards

their friends and family. That is why the entrepreneurs made the product. It has various

designs that enables people to know that you are a part or a supporter of the LGBTQ+

community without the need for words.

Prisma Pop prioritizes the environment by using glass which lasts longer and

does not produce potentially dangerous byproducts like its main competitor, plastic,

which produce microplastics that are harmful to humans and animals that unknowingly

consumes it. The entrepreneurs took the eco-friendly approach a step further by

providing metal straws along with the glass the customers bought to discourage the use

of plastic straws, which take centuries to decompose and kills about 1000 sea turtles

annually.
