- How soon before that contract expired - how much time would you need to carefully consider another

- How much lead time would you need before that contract renews to carefully consider another option to
perhaps make a change?

COVID Specific
- I’m hearing from executives in the EUT/Education industry that despite hard work and processes being
put in place, everything has been upended the past couple of months due to COVID and they’re frustrated
