At an ambient temperature of
(25±2)℃, charging is carried out
using constant current followed by
Standard constant voltage. The constant
charging mode current is set to 111(A), and the
3.14 constant voltage is set to 3.65V.
(CC&CV) During the constant voltage phase,
charging is terminated when the
current drops to 0.0511(A), followed
by a 1-hour rest period.

6 Transport and storage

6.1 Transport
The appropriate battery packaging method should be selected based on the
destination and mode of transportation. During transport, measures should be taken
to prevent severe vibrations, external impacts, or compression, as well as exposure
to sunlight and rain. For air transport, the battery should be maintained at ≤ 30%
charge, while for transportation by truck, train, or ship, it should be maintained at
30%–50% charge, or according to the customer's specific requirements.

6.2 Storage
Batteries should be stored in an environment with an allowable temperature
range of -20 to 55°C, with a recommended storage temperature of -10 to 40°C
and a relative humidity of 10% RH to 90% RH. Batteries should avoid contact
with corrosive substances or magnetic environments. They should be stored in
a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from sources of fire and heat. If not
in use, batteries should not be stored continuously for more than 3 months.

9 Safety Instructions
To avoid battery damage or personal injury from misuse of square lithium-
ion battery modules, please read the following safety guidelines carefully
before using square lithium-ion batteries:

警告!

Improper use and storage of the battery pose risks of fire, explosion, and burns. Do
not disassemble, crush, incinerate, heat, or throw the battery into fire.
Keep the battery out of the reach of children. Do not remove the battery from its
original packaging before use, and dispose of old batteries in accordance with local
recycling or waste regulations.
When replacing the battery, use one produced by the same manufacturer. Using
batteries from other manufacturers may pose risks of fire and explosion.
Do not submerge the battery in water or wet it.
Do not allow the positive and negative terminals of the battery to touch a metal
casing simultaneously.
Do not short-circuit, overcharge, or over-discharge the battery.
Do not use or store the battery near heat sources (such as fire or heaters).
Do not connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery in reverse.
Do not place the battery with coins, metal jewelry, or other metal objects.
Do not pierce the battery casing with nails or other sharp objects; hammering or
stepping on the battery is prohibited.
Do not directly weld the battery.
Do not disassemble or modify the battery in any unauthorized way.
Do not strike, throw, or subject the battery to mechanical shocks or drops.
Do not mix different types or brands of lithium-ion batteries for use.
Do not connect the negative terminal to the casing (positive side).
If the battery emits an unusual odor, heats up, deforms, discolors, or shows any
出货状态
other abnormal signs, do not use it and remove it from the usage environment.
If the battery catches fire, extinguish it with dry powder, foam extinguishers, sand,
etc., and remove it from the usage environment.

10 Status of shipment
If there is no special requirement from the customer and the battery is not
transported by air, the battery is shipped with about 30%~50% of its capacity.
