With more than (4) two years of experience as a Quality Assurance Officer with full education in Industrial Process as the
background, I am adept in Production Inspection, Laboratory setup, Machinery Calibrations and Manufacturing Defect
Correction. Moreover, while on my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate
Analytical and Organization abilities, I have excelled at;

• Conducting testing of all materials and packaging materials to specifications before usage in the stores.
• Conducting daily - in process quality control (QC) inspections at production lines.
• Identify out - of – specification (OOS), changes and quality problems of products, materials and packaging
Developing and implementation of Quality control processes and procedures to monitor and assess the quality
of products or services.
• Maintain appropriate QC data records of all quality audits and inspections according to NIS
• Conduct regular audit, inspections, tests and checks on materials, components, and finished products to ensure
they meet specified standard.
• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor production phase at various levels.
• Prepare documentation of inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
• Ensure all procured goods meet the specified standards.
• Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned
department at the earliest.
• Ensure all supplies when received are properly and safely stored in accordance with their given guidance.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Attending to regulatory bodies such as SON, NAFDAC etc.

quality. I am extremely enthusiastic about the Organization’s focus on quality and Customer service, and also welcome the
